Fantastic stay!!6 stars!

A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel, made all the more special by the thoughtful attention of our hosts.
We were thrilled with our room, so comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and the views across Aubenas and the pool. Villa Elisa enjoys a fantastic position, just five minutes walk up into the town. Stephanie and Vincent were both extremely informative, which made a huge difference to our ability to plan our days out and get the most from our short holiday.
We really enjoyed the indoor wellness facilities, and whilst it is at an additional cost we thought this was excellent value for money. Also the beautiful organic breakfast produce taken in the warm sunshine on our room balcony was a real treat.

Simply Perfect Stay

It was amazing experience to stay at this villa. The owner was super kind and took good care of us. We really feel in love with the place. Also breakfast is served in the room, only regional products. Due to personal reason we couldn't check out at the standard time but Vincent understood the situation and let us stay a bit longer. He also gave us advices what to visit around and about which restaurants are really good. All in all I can really recommend this place. Hope to come back soon!

Amazing accomodation!

Delightful hotel set in very secure gardens with electronic gates. Ideal place for a stop-over. Offered choice of rooms on arrival, both extremely well appointed, one with a terrace the other a balcony. Clean, quiet and very spacious. Given advice on where to eat in the town which is less than 10 minute walk from the hotel. Left overnight but given phone number to ring in emergency. In the morning we were greeted by the owner and again offered different locations in which we could take breakfast, (in shade or in the sunshine on the garden terrace. He was very attentive and provided personal service which was second to none. Very friendly clean well appointed and secure hotel with fabulous rooms. Definite location for stop-over when travelling south. Will visit again.

Home Alone

 This was a stop over night for us on the way down to the South of France. The hotel is beautifully appointed, our room was exceptional with a separate sleeping area for our daughter and also the dog. We had a wonderful night's sleep, and a truly outstanding breakfast on the terrace. The highlights were the local apple juice and yoghurts, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pity for us was we did not enough time to visit the Ardeche, and we will definitely come back, both to the area and the hotel.

A great welcome for tired travellers

I cannot speak more highly of the welcome we got at this small family run Villa, I think that the dogs had an influence. We were considerately given a room with a balcony and a way into the lovely garden, Sam & Max loved it! The Villa is clean and modern, we arrived on a Monday and as usual everything was shut, but the owners found us somewhere to eat in the town and even called to let them know we were on our way, so very considerate.  Breakfast was smashing just right, thanks you both so much, we may well be back, but not on a Monday!

An overnight stay with our two doggies

Highest quality finish and furnishings in this recently renovated 1930's villa. The owners have a fine eye for design and decoration and have spared no expense on the windows, bathrooms, balconies, bedding, etc. We were traveling with another couple by car from the Loire Valley to Provence. The owners welcomed us warmly, directed us towards a place for dinner, and made us a fabulous organic breakfast with all the fixings before sending us off the next day with instructions not to miss the route through the Gorges d'Ardeche. Good advice. Great little hotel.

Top notch renovation into a superb boutique hotel

Arriving by car in a torrential thunderstorm at teatime guided by Googlemap led to us becoming hopelessly lost in the flooded one-way system – not ideal conditions when looking for a hotel in a secluded part of town. We strongly recommend sending in advance to the tourist office for a proper street plan and using the railway station as your reference as to which of the many roundabouts you should turn right at.
 After a warm welcome we settled into our very stylishly decorated and comfortably appointed room. Breakfast was served on the terrace beside the shaded garden. No evening meals are served but our hosts booked us into an excellent restaurant (see Bouch' En Coin review) and drove us there and back. Full marks for service and definitely worth its 4-star rating.
