Prestige lodges are tightly packed in on top of each other. During our stay we had other guests making noise after 11pm into the early hours. Informed mgt and treated like we were the problem. 
Pool area is lovely and clean
No food can be got between 1.30 and 4.30.

Very helpful staff, spotless well designed accommodation, thoughtful programme of activities without being excessively loud late at night. River swimming on site. In mid july, not excessively crowded. Well tended enclosures/hedges/flowers. Welcome shade from mature trees. 

Peaceful, child-friendly site in beautiful location

For me the value of a campsite is its staff. The staff here get💯 from me. The setting is gorgeous...right on the River. Its close to the centre of Anduze and within comfortable striking distance of Alés. If you are visiting Alés stay here. The facilities are top class and the accommodation was the best we have experienced in 15years of holidaying in France. An absolute gem. Enjoy!!

No blues in Anduze

Really impressed with this campsite. Beautiful setting by the river, practically brand new cabin, Really well stocked. Reasonable price. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Good privacy. Pool and facilities top class. Shop could be better stocked but it was early June so may be better in July. But a Lidl and Aldi around the corner 3 mins away. Wanted to extend the trip but it was booked. Will just have to return. Been to many campsites in France, Yellow, Sandaya and the Premium cabin here was by far the best.

7 days stay

We visited Le Castel Rose in June . This campsite was perfect for us , clean comfortable accommodation , quite campsite . The restaurant was lovely and very reasonable with very friendly staff. Our 9 year old loved the pool and splash area , but the best was the river , its safe and peaceful . We were so happy with it that we plan another trip in September ! 
Anduze is a short walk with nice cafes and weakly markets

Peaceful Holiday

This year is the 5th time we have stayed at this campsite and we will definitely be coming back next year. Very friendly staff and we have made a number of friends on our previous visits.

The location is absolutely beautiful and we camp in a pitch overlooking the river. There are plenty of things to do at the campsite which has a swimming pool, splash park for children, bar and restaurant. There is also a small shop on site.

Beautiful Campsite

We stayed at this Yelloh village for a week. My 7 year old son tried to go in the swimming pool but was told he couldn't go in because of the type of swimming shorts he was wearing.

I had noticed that 3 adults and a teenager were wearing the same type of shorts as him so I went to reception to complain. They did not go and see for themselves and didn't do anything about it.

We also had an ant problem in our caravan and when we complained to reception, they told us we would have to deal with it ourselves.

The site is unkempt with plasters floating in the swimming pool. When I went to do some laundry, the washing machine filled the floor with water and while the attendant went to get someone from reception, nobody came.

During the week, I saw children as young as 3 going down the water slide in all sorts of ways, not to mention as many as 9 kids using the curley water slide at the same time.

On one occasion there were a group of boisterous teenagers who were climbing up the water slide and dive bombing into the pool. The life guard closed the slides for everyone and the teenagers only left near the pool closing time.

The teenagers were at the pool the next day and I got elbowed in the face as they took up the pool, playing volleyball.

After receiving emails to review the site, I left one yesterday. I have rexeived a reply, falsifying information that they had attended to my laundry when I know my husband had done this. The reply also suggests that a good holiday experience is based on 'both behaviours'. This is disgusting, as our conduct was exemplary and would anyone sit quietly about an ant problem and safety concerns at the pool?

We will not be using Yelloh again.

Shocking

Maybe it was only the tall guy that had a lack of manners. But I would never recommend this to anyone. There is a minimum decency the staff should have. They should find better employees i guess... Find some other place for your holidays!!

Very unfriendly people

Still good but has slipped a little the pool is very nice and position is excellent and really only the bird noise to wake you in the mornings and the pitches are quite large in the peak season it must get very busy
