Matara Bed & Breakfast

This Bed & Breakfast is located in a building which originally was built as a private learning institution for the nearby paper mill in 1960's. The original rooms have been upgraded so they all contain their own toilet and shower. The location is excellent, half of the rooms have a beautiful view to a nearby lake. The rooms are spacious, and there is a good wifi connection throughout the building. The rooms do not contain televisions, but there is one in the communal area. There are also a fridge/freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker which can be freely used by the guests. The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We also used the lakeside sauna which can be rented at hourly cost. The inside of the sauna has been upgraded to modern standards so you can just relax and enjoy the humid heat. Oh, and the breakfast is awesome.
