Very well functioning contactless accommodation. I got the keys from the key locker and left them in the mail-box. The apartment was disinfected and in order. Free private parking place in the garden.

My story: I booked the single room by Booking.com, confirmed my booking with the owner using e-mail, came to the property..and what a surprise - the owner was too drunk to det up and talk to the guests (I wasn'n alone with the same trouble),so we had to deal with his friend (I don't know who he was, he didn't introduce his self), also drunk, who gave us a bunch of keys, said that he didn't know where the rooms are and we've to find them by our selves. In the end I couldn't find clean single room and had to run around the city trying to find somewhere to stay (it was 11pm!!). So if you are ready for this kind of challenge, go for it!))

Never try to book again!

My single room had its own computer and even a washing machine, but on the other end was very small. 
Also the building was surrounded by scaffolding, there wasn't any work going on at the moment I was there. But it was impossible to fully open the window of the extremely hot room.

Cheap fully equipped room, work in progress ?

I have stayed there three times - each time was different. The first time I stayed for a week at the very vila - a small house, really suitable for a family or a small groups of young friends. The second time I was accomodate for a month at a small apartment on the scond floor of the main building (which is never presented on photos by owners) - good for a single or a couple. The third time I was in Tartu with my mother - for a month again - they give us a bad room on the ground floor - it was full of beds (5!), very dark (only 1 small window) and cold. The first and second time I was very pleased to saty there - it was during winter, however it was warm enough; the hosts were very kind. The last time I was totally dissapointed and decided not to stay there anymore.
In brief, ask to accomodate you not on the ground floor!
The location is not good if you do not like walking (it is about 15 min. away from the city center and supermarkets, restourants, etc.). There is not public transport at all but the prices of taxi in Tartu are very reasonable.
However it is on a special neighbourhood - Supilinn - perhaps the most interesting location of Tartu (many old wooden houses). Very close are also the A. Le'Coq brewery and the Tartu Song Festival Grounds.

I was dissapointed

Friendly atmosphere with good opportunity to stay private. We stayed on first floor and had our private entrance. Rooms were quiet and clean. Kitchen was wide enough and very well equipped (laundry, microwave ect.).
Although it was a bit far from City centre we had a nice walk to explore neighbourhood.
Kids didn’t want to leave this place and called it “our new home”.

Clean and tıdy, has all the essentials, bed kıtchen laundry, shower, computer, wıfı etc... location ısnt great but a 15min walk away from the action. Owner ıs friendly but speaks limited english,the neıghbours are nice, hung our washing up for us after it blew down lol
