What was good

Nothing actually. The location of the hotel is not easy to reach, plus there is nothing around it for shopping or eating. I wouldn't go there again. The break was somewhat ok. The room was clean and suitably equipped.

What was bad

First of all, the bed is literally uncomfortable, seems to be aged over 30 year. The receptionist couldn't speak good English (I wasn't asking for a perfect English talent, but she couldn't understand well what I spoke clearly and slowly) Second thing, I'm so disappointed with the hotel stuff when I was expecting to get my delivery at hotel - I purchased a product online and I asked the seller personally to send my purchased product to the hotel and the seller confirmed this to me that he took it there. When I arrived to Lilleküla hotel and I asked about my product, the reception staff denied having received anything. Later on, it turned out to be that they had got it already! Thanks for the trouble!
