Hotel Serenity Alma Review - Hurghada, Egypt Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Serenity Alma, and it was an experience we will cherish! This hotel is a fantastic choice for families, with a welcoming and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our vacation memorable. A special shoutout goes to the incredible animation team, who truly engaged our children and kept them entertained throughout our stay. Kim and David stood out for their remarkable energy and warmth—we will genuinely miss them! Additionally, we want to extend our gratitude to the bar staff—Ali, Taha, Abdo, and Ramadam—who always greeted us with a smile and made sure our drinks were never empty. Food Review: The buffet offered a wide variety of options, although, for our family's tastes, we found some selections less appealing, leading to some rather random meal choices. However, the pool bar snacks were fantastic, making lunchtime a highlight of our stay. We also dined at the a la carte restaurants, which had good food, though the limited choices available when pre-booking were a bit disappointing. Pools Review: The hotel features lovely pools, and the staff are diligent in ensuring everyone is set up for a delightful day by the water. It was easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings! Room Review: While the rooms are somewhat outdated and in need of an upgrade, our room was perfectly located for our family, being just a short walk from the pool. This convenience enhanced our overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Hotel Serenity Alma! We will miss both the beautiful country of Egypt and the amazing staff who made our holiday special. As for excursions, we found the sellers to be a bit persistent, but a firm approach helped us book activities that suited us best. We particularly loved the camel and horse riding with Mohammed, which was a great adventure. The quad biking was exhilarating too—just make sure to wear long shorts or trousers as the heat from the engine combined with the Egyptian sun can be intense! Despite a few minor setbacks, we would absolutely return to Hotel Serenity Alma without hesitation. Thank you to everyone who made our experience memorable! 👍
