From the Front desk Mr. Hussein Kamel, Amr Kamel, and Ahmed Shuraf saw we very tired and made the check in quick and professional. We were able to take some much need rest from our flight and truly appreciate Conrad Cairo's hospitality. Every day for breakfast, Mr. Ayman and Mr. Akmet help us maintain our strict dietary needs while we were away from home with fresh fruits, vegetables for us. They to extra care to remember our names and brought my girlfriend fresh carrot juice as well indulge me in an extraordinarily delicious plate of eggs benedict for myself. We must really thank Mr. Ahmed Flom from the Concierge desk with tirelessly assistance in see some of the interesting large as well smaller local events in Cairo. I wanted to mention the highlight of my day was stopping into the executive lounge. Mr. Adel Darwish was a pleasure to know and I looked forward to his exceptional service after a long day to relax in the lounge and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Nile River. Mr. Loai Sherif Mejnat's staff speaks volumes on how flawless his execution in the lounge at the Conrad. We were well cared for at any time of the day thanks to the dedication of Mr. Mostafa Saed and Mrs. Youstina Lamel. Mr. Loai Sherif was very kind to even stop by and wish my girlfriend Happy Birthday. I highly recommend purchasing the upgrade to an executive suite, Lastly, I want to thank Mr. Ismail Sirry the general manager.
