- Location is near Mamsha, many supermarkets & restaurants
The apartment is very quiet and the pool view is nice
TVs, kitchen tools and equipment, WIFI & A/Cs are good
Recommended for the families with children

- Beds sheets were dirty !
Pool water was very cold (Jan. 2019)
Many dogs / pets are around the pools area

Not a bad compound for the low price, the area surrounding the place there is not alot to do.

It was clean, pool cleaned daily. Gardeners, cleaners do good job. Friendly staff

1-this resort is good and its place so so good near to everythings in Hurghada.
2-you have super market and ATM machine beside the resort and also a lot of coffee shop, and also restaurants.
3-Beside Mamsha street and sindbad hotel and sol y mar hotel.
4-the appartment inside it is good but i don't like it because the flat not clean enough, the sheets is so bad, and no maintenance.

Stayed here in February 2018, lovely location. Pool area very clear and looked after. Rooms are a a very good size but lack cleanliness. Well stocked kitchenette but most items unusable, had to purchase a few things. As for the cooker I thing something had crawled in the oven and died, totally unusable. I would love to recommend staying here it's a perfect location, close for shopping and eating out, but need to sort out a cleaning contact first.

Good location

The worst possible place to live in. Uncooperative management and only after your money. Air conditioners are +20 years old and running all that time without a shred of maintenance and they will not let you sleep. After seeing the condition of the "reception's" air conditioner, you will get the drift. The garden is full of cigarette stubs, dog feces and garbage. They added very untasteful horrible lights around the palms and it makes seeing at night impossible, while effectively turning the place into a mosquito trap. I fully and vehemently unrecommend such a terrible place.

A horrible place

I am not going to post any pictures since I do not want to expose the person that helped me find this place by revealing the room. 

The room was terribly dirty. We found any sort of dead bug, the room was obviously never cleaned before our arrival. The carpet was super nasty, with stains, hair and any possible dirt you can imagine. The worst is that the blankets had stains from the sexual activities of other people and they were not washed. 

I travelled a lot in my life, but I never experienced such a bad service in cleanliness. Would never recommend to anyone.

Cleanliness is MANDATORY

They refused to acknowledge my booking via hotels.com for $25 per night. I had no choice but I pay €28 to them for the night instead. That guy even told me that I had to stay for 2 nights. I said “No way”. There was no towels or shampoo. The place smells like sewage at times due to the heat and humidity. Checked out at 11 pm for the airport. Located in a deserted place with no real restaurants or shops. I wouldn’t recommend this place even it’s $10 a night.
