This is a very special review, as I am writing it on behalf of both my late Mother, who was a long time resident of the hotel, and my family, all of whom have deep and lasting memories of this hotel that we will forever cherish. We received the utmost in care and help from all the staff of the hotel. Listing all the names here would not be feasible, but they include everyone from housekeeping, room service, security, front desk, valet, and more. I would like especially thank the GM Mr Étienne Gailliez, as well as the On Duty Managers for all their assistance and support. We are eternally grateful. Mr Gailliez, in addition to having the best views of any hotel in Cairo bar none, you are fortunate to have an extremely hardworking, dedicated, and wonderful staff. Wish you all the best of luck.
