Great stay at the Hilton Zamalek. We used the pool a lot and it was spotless., the guy at the pool was always very helpful. The Gym facilities were perfect, not brand new but im good with that, all the equipment i needed. Given an upgrade at check in, we have our daughter with us and they sorted us a 2 bed appartment when we booked a double, it really made the stay a lot more comfortable, plus the kitchen was a bonus. Top marks to reception, always on hand if we had an issue and never a queue. We had nile view on 13th floor and the view was amazing. Bring some ear plugs if on that side because the nile boat rides have loud music and it carries on until the early hours. The restaurant was superb, we loved eat in the evening by the pool with the amazing views. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive, professional and courtious, could not fault them. I should mention Abanoub because he was so helpful. The area around the hotel is very quiet and we enjoyed having a walk at night. The restauraunts on the north west side are worth a visit. We also used the cafe on site and that too was very good and we liked the menu. If you chose this hotel you will not be dissappounted, I dare say its the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
