Geraldo was EXCELLENT!!! I had a late check in and the staff was excellent from start to finish. The rooms where very clean and the food was excellent also. I will stay again very soon and also would recommend to family and friend. Very satisfied customer. Security was Excellent and I felt very secured

The service and cleaniness was very good

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrible service, cheaply decorated and they sell something that is not real. Payed for two queen beds, got 2 twin beds. Paid for a crib, never recieved it and when tried to call for it they wanted to charge again. ROOM was NOT clean. One of the beds was broken and sheets were dirty. Any interaction with hotel staff is frustrating. You could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to you. I need a vacation from this vacation. THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS in PC. DON'T STAY HERE!

Worst expirience EVER!

This is not a hotel but it tries to act like one. It bills itself as a beautiful beachfront property but the truth it is mot. The beach smells with the piled up rotten seaweeds. You can not swim here!  That said, it is a private owners condo units managed by a property manager that tries its best. The studio room was very nicely appointed. The beds were firm and it was clean.  The breakfast was also very good. But it is apparent by the condition of some buildings it has seen better days.  Stayed only one night and would suggest you stay elsewhere.

It is not entirely horrible but very close

First night a disaster as the agent had booked a room like a motel room with two queen-sized beds for our family of 4, including brother and sister teenagers. I paid $20 for an awful put-me-up. Next day after a poor and slow breakfast, we were offered an upgrade and to avoid increase of $30-$40 per night I cancelled breakfast to go fully self-catering. I liked the manager who was able to provide us with pleasant one bedroom suite with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities, but my son had to sleep on a sofa, my daughter sleeping in our room which had two double beds. The suite had problems with sliding doors not closing properly, worn out cushions poorly maintained balcony jacuzzi (we didn't want to use anyway) but otherwise had a beautiful aspect over the beach and pool area. The pool was perfect and well-maintained, with only a very few patrons present at any time. I had the pool to myself many times, the beach suffered as every beach suffers the length of the coast at this time of year from seaweed invasion. It is everywhere. However, the beach was only properly maintained next to the pool area and more could be done to remove/hide building detritus near the refurb areas. This is not a typical resort hotel so no evening dining room and only a few of the rooms/suites belong to Essenza retreats. There is a long term plan to improve the beach and complete the refurb of all the rooms, but will take many years.  The area not subject to refurb is very well kept, but this is not really a family holiday hotel, more of condo retreat. If you want quiet and seclusion this is the place. we had a hire car so went out and about every day and were able to come home exhausted to a quiet and private complex. I liked it not really being one for crowded swimming pools and noisy intrusive hotel entertainment. Still, the room could be better with a bit more TLC.

Refurb on going.

Do yourself a favour and do not stay here!! It's not a resort, nor a nice hotel, it's an abandoned apartment complex. No options for food or drinks after 5, and we did not even have a fridge or kitchenette so we were forced to have dinner at the very expensive marina. It's located in a very empty area, nothing, not even a small shop nearby. It's literally a ghost town. The 10 minute taxi drive to the airport is 30usd, so going anywhere in the area will cost you 60usd or more on transport alone. A few reasons why not to stay here;
- room smells like sewage (staff tries to blame the seaweed on the beach, but it's definitely sewage)
- no hot water (although front office staff told me I was lying)
- breakfast officially from 8, but staff turned up at 8;30 without apologising, and then refusing us a coffee and juice in the menu
- reception staff in the morning (once they finally showed up) extremely rude. 
- the beach is inaccessible, and covered with seaweed. Any self respecting hotel would clean this daily. 

Do yourself a favour, go some place else!!! We were hugely disappointed, not a very nice start of our holiday in this otherwise lovely country!! We tried to receive a partial refund, but they refused, they did not even try to make up for the fact that they did not offer us what was promised.

I'm sure management will answer this post and insist that we are piers again, do not believe them, just go elsewhere! 😀
