The room was very big with a settee as well as a comfortable bed, with a separate, large bathroom. The lighting was poor, especially when trying to read maps.  We had tea and coffee making facilities but would have preferred milk instead of coffee creamer which isn't good in tea. The breakfast was good, Continental. As stated in another review the house is on a busy corner and you can only turn right so can be tricky to get in the right direction.  It is convenient for walking into Aalborg, through the park (pause for the 'singing trees') - about 10 minutes walk to the centre of the city.

The lady was very welcoming, the place looked beautiful, a little dated but clean and spacious.
The room was huge and the bed was the best bed I’ve ever slept in ( all be it for 4 hours).
We walked to it from the station where the bus stopped but was given much better directions to go back or to town.
Breakfast was quick for us as it was from 8 and we got a taxi to the airport at 8.30am but I enjoyed it. The boyf struggled a bit as he hasn’t experienced continental breakfast before but there was coffee, toast and eggs so he survived.
Not a town I’d return too but I’d go back just for the bed.

24 hour city visit

We were not entirely comfortable at Casa Corner.  It is situated at the junction of two busy 3-lane dual carriageways. One can only enter the property from the South which involves a detour or a U-turn if coming from any other direction, and in the rush hour, a long wait in traffic. The car parking area is not big, and we had come with a large vehicle (long story), so we had to wait for other cars to leave in order to have room to do a 7 point turn to get out. 
When we arrived, there was a note on the door telling us to phone for a code. I did, and got through immediately ( sometimes my UK phone does not work well when traveling abroad).  Elly let us in. She had sent an SMS of the code she said, but I had not (and still have not) received it. 
The house was nice but run down. Carpets and rugs were threadbare. Decorations looked tired and needed freshening. 
Our room was big with a view of the  dual carriageway and traffic lights. The room had a big chandelier, but it was at my head height ( I'm short) and I kept walking into it. It wasn't very bright.  The shower was huge and worked very well. But smelled musty.  The bed had an electronic gismo which would lift the head or knee area of each bed independently. We didn't use it as we like flat beds. The linen on the bed smelled very nice.  Were were unable to open the windows at  night due to the traffic. The occasional emergency vehicles were a bit noisy anyway.
The breakfast was the usual Danish buffet. There was a plentiful selection, but everything was in packets. Even coffee was produced by a machine. There was a nice garden that guests could use, but the weather was poor whilst we were there, and I would have thought the traffic noise would have spoiled the enjoyment.
It was quick and easy to walk into town, but I would not have been easy walking through the park or underpass at night. As well as being the least liked accommodation ( out of 5 we stayed in), it was also the most expensive.

Beautiful house, centrally situated with friendly service. Facilities very clean with a good breakfast. Walking distance to bus terminals, train station and Central Business District. Ellie, our stay was amazing and we'll definitely be back!

Its clean, the rooms are big, and breakfast is wonderful. Hostess is warm and affable. Best of all, it's a short walk to the center of town, through a nice park and a well-lit underground passage. Defintely to recommend.
