The house is a little old, but our very spacious room overlooking the garden was very clean. There are free parking spaces in the yard. The breakfast was fine and the owner was very nice. Central location is quite noisy, as the house is located on a busy road. English and cell phone skills are preferable, as the entrance code is sent by SMS.

Short stop

Casa Corner is really on the corner - between two busy main streets. And somehow the local youth seems to be on a crawling bag - under 100 decibels is no good! Luckily we got a quieter room in the back - thank you for this! Even if it only helped conditionally. The room was very spacious and clean, there is a refrigerator in the hallway - everything is fine. However, it could be renovated again. Breakfast is neat. The landlady is very friendly and also accepts cash payment in euros. There is a private parking space right next to the house, but it is then locked. So for fans of racing, all the fine things are fine for 24 hours, otherwise...

I'm not going to say anything.

The room was very big with a settee as well as a comfortable bed, with a separate, large bathroom. The lighting was poor, especially when trying to read maps.  We had tea and coffee making facilities but would have preferred milk instead of coffee creamer which isn't good in tea. The breakfast was good, Continental. As stated in another review the house is on a busy corner and you can only turn right so can be tricky to get in the right direction.  It is convenient for walking into Aalborg, through the park (pause for the 'singing trees') - about 10 minutes walk to the centre of the city.

Chosen for the free parking

Based on Aalborg, chosen for its proximity to the city centre and as a reference for visiting Skagen and Lokken. The house is at a crossroads, this creates a small problem for access by car, you basically have to turn right just before the traffic light and cut off the road for countless cyclists on the bicycle. So you need double attention. Free parking, necessary given the location. A little vintage room, very large, absolutely insufficient darkening, in an area where at 4:30 in the morning the sun rises, it is not possible to have an undarkened window. Clean bathroom, but not at the top, shower rails and carpets that left their doubts about cleaning.

B&B in a vintage mansion.

First of all, the good thing is that we've got room number two with a view to the garden and a balcony. The rooms are very large. The parking lot is right in front of the door. The building has a nostalgic feel. BUT: The bathroom was dirty; dirty bathroom carpet (apparently it hasn't been replaced?); the shower was dirty and everywhere there was still strangers' hair, more spider webs and used cotton buds. The head cushion was thick, the bed was overlaid/the day blanket was stained with stains... we felt like the best of times were already behind us.

I'm afraid not.

Location very close to the center, friendly, friendly, smiling property, super cozy and clean place, breakfast in a nice, well-stocked room, I'd prefer it with my eyes closed, absolutely recommended.

That's perfect!

The size of the room and the bathroom. Breakfast is okay too. The cleanliness and the little things need to be improved. In the bathroom there are still other people's hair on the carpet and even spiders on the lampstand. Also the shower needs to be improved: an old curtain and rusty soap. Two out of three lamps in the bathroom were not working and in room 3.

Okay, but there's definitely things they need to improve.

A beautiful early 1900s house with few rooms, large and tastefully furnished. The housewife is a delightful, very kind lady. Excellent breakfast. Good location. It's convenient to walk downtown and leave the car in the private parking lot for free.

Nothing better than that.

If you're at a busy intersection, if you have rooms for the garden, you don't notice too much of it. Positively the halfway good breakfast and the friendly owner. The rest - well. Rooms and accommodation need to be urgently renovated. The bathroom and toilet are from before the last century. I have no idea when the last time anything was invested there.

Live from the glory of the past

The lady was very welcoming, the place looked beautiful, a little dated but clean and spacious.
The room was huge and the bed was the best bed I’ve ever slept in ( all be it for 4 hours).
We walked to it from the station where the bus stopped but was given much better directions to go back or to town.
Breakfast was quick for us as it was from 8 and we got a taxi to the airport at 8.30am but I enjoyed it. The boyf struggled a bit as he hasn’t experienced continental breakfast before but there was coffee, toast and eggs so he survived.
Not a town I’d return too but I’d go back just for the bed.
