Writing the review in English, even though I am Czech, to save as many people as I can. If I had to choose between stay in this "hostel" again or sleeping on the bench outside, the bench would be a lot better choice and maybe even less nasty. 
I stayed in a few hostels, not all were good, not all were 100% clean or comfy, but at least something worked there. But this was a nightmare all along.
Not commenting on the prison-like bulding, greasy stair railing  or the absolutely horrible, unexplainable smell that was so strong it hit you in the face. 
There was no towel in the room, the toilet seat looked nasty, the mirrors on the shelf were probably last cleaned ten years ago with a smudged tablecloth. The floor was not clean, nor were the sheets. No lockers, no closed wardrobes. The best thing awaited us after we got back from the city. We couldn't reach our room and the indifferent receptionist told us that they changed the locks. During our stay, with our possessions inside, they just changed the locks and we had to wait (it was almost until 1am) for the handyman to sort it out, if he did not, they didn't even care we can't get inside. Luckily it was somehow figured out and we could go to sleep and leave the next day without any desire to visit the place ever again. 
It was the low price and absolutely no other place to stay that made us choose this hostel and I am absolutely certain that I never visit this place again. Rather spend more money on a good hostel, even further away, but on some level. The only good thing about this place is its location (within 2 tram stops from O2 Arena), that is unfortunately the only thing.
