Terrible!  We arrived at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2nd to check in to the Moscato flat on the top floor.  It looked nothing like the pictures online, and the smell (a mixture of curry and urine) was unbearable.    The pictures depict a bright and welcoming space.  In reality it is dark, dingy and filthy dirty.  Despite arriving hours after our estimated check-in time, the flat was not ready for us.  The beds were unmade and the mattresses grotesquely stained.  There was not a single hand or bath towel available.  There with was a dirty duvet bundled up and thrown on one of the beds.  The vinyl on the sleeper sofa was badly cracked and peeling to the point where it was uncomfortable evening sitting on it.  The kitchen counter had crumbs and something sticky spilled on the counters. There was something dark and sticky smeared several places on the on the wood floors.  My daughters started screaming when they saw a large spider web complete with a large spider and trapped bugs in both corners by the window in the main living room.  I was mortified and deeply embarrassed as I had booked this apartment for my family and my parents who were joining us on vacation.  When I called the VC Staff I was told that the apartment had already been cleaned although it had clearly not been, and that they would send someone over with linens and towels.  I informed them that I would be checking out immediately and they informed me that since I booked a non-refundable rate, I would not receive a refund.  Trust me, this is NOT a 3 star property with 8+ ratings.  This place should be shut down due to the current condition and flilth!

We stayed with our little one (3) in a beautiful and comfortable mini-apartment (Roero). It has a bathroom and a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave so it's very handy if you don't want to go out for every meal and to organize food for the children. There are supermarkets nearby and the town center is only four tram stops away (or a 20 minute leisurely walk along the river). The owner and the receptionist are extremely helpful and the nearby castle area has a great park for outdoor activities, including kid's playground and very nice food spots. We will definetely stay here again!

Quiet, confortable and practical. Ideal with kids.

We arrived at a good hour for the check-in (3pm) and the reception was closed ???! We got instruction about how to get the key which was easy but no way to be welcomed by anyone. Very impersonal. 

We got the instruction to go to the reception between 9:30 and 10"30 the day after : what a flexibility ! If you want to leave to visit the city well you cannot because the reception is open an hour per day !!!

Our bed had actually an inadequate mattress and it was extremely uncomfortable.

 We told the receptionist she said she will see and send me a message  she offered the possibility to switch apartment but then never answered again....great. 

There is really a like of service but there are some good points too

I would recommend this place if you want something quiet but I'm sure you can find an apartment with more style better welcoming and better service somewhere else. 

Bad service and extreme unconfortable bed

Perfect stay for a week-long conference. The location was a nice short walk to the conference centre but also close to groceries, transit, and the lovely Vysehrad castle site. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Great!

I stayed there with my sisters and friends for 3 nights, a very well equipped apartment. 
Nice and clean and very spacious. Bedding very comfortable, pillows were a little flat but they were happy to provide us with extras. Iron was available upon request, the lady at the reception is so lovely 
Lidl and Tesco was only 5 min away, really enjoyed our stay there. Would love to go back again.

Great for what it was, a clean, quiet, convenient appartment in Vysehrad, close to Vysehrad castle, neplavka, Albertov and Vyton tram stops. 
A very handy self-check-in service, very polite staff. My only thing would be it would be nice to have a few tea bags in the room on arrival. Otherwise, top draw.

Clean, quiet, convenient

Travelled to Prague  for the New Year 2017, this "hotel" suggested a good price, but with the card reservation for advance. Ok, we booked it, mentioned the number of card. But the next day this "hotel" just cancelled our reservation with no reply! I called the booking company, they said they couldn't reach the "hotel". I wrote to this place many time they just ignored. I changed the card's number several times - no reply at all! I went to the bank, and - surprisingly!- they said that nobody was going to hold the money from Prague! Then I called to the "hotel" directly and heard a lot of lies that my card (they even did not know tha I'd changed the cards several times) did not work. Just cover story, not more.
Officially it was a natural fraud.
