I stayed here for a month in a lovely duplex. The whole experience was just great! I highly recommend this apartment to any travellors. The place is neat, clean, and safe. Conveniently located near the metro and tram stations IP Pavlova with cafes, restaurants nearby, its tucked away in a relatively quiet street. I feel absolutely safe and comfortable living here. 
It has almost everything you need for your stay - washing machine, toaster, oven, fridge, microwave, you name it.  There are two toilets and a bathtub which is so nice. 
I particularly am pleased with my host Karel who is absolutely friendly and helpful. He speaks very good English so communicating with him is easy. He is also very responsive to my email. 
The maid comes every week to clean the place. 
An added advantage is this apartment is somehow linked with the Arkada hotel opposite the premise.  You can have 24-hour counter service without having to live in the hotel. 
I can't love this place more and will definitely come again.  Highly recommend! 


Simply GREAT !

This is a complete scam- watch it!
A regular apartment in a housing block that has been re-purposed for business. No facilities whatsoever that a tourist would expect- a concierge, tourist service, wake-up, phone in room etc. The airconditioning was disabled and with to spend two nights at 28 degrees C was just unbearable. The "OWNER's" attitude was even worse- who insisted we take in the 'natural aircondition' by keeping the window open and bearing up with the street noises through 2AM. He had the audacity to say "stay awake" if you cannot sleep! The cab service he offers is a 'private deal' and another of the many rip-offs in this spooky place.

Stay away - if you do not want to ruin a holiday. Dont get fooled by this one

We decided to have a weekend trip with friends and rented the location which was absolutely fabolous: great neighbourhood with lots of little local bars and restaurants, quiet street, very easy check-in at hotel across the street and the place itself an amazing loft-appartment with upstairs/downstairs :)
Host Karel will make sure you get there, feel comfortable and that everything works - I very much recommend this place for everyone :)

Stylish and spacious loft appartment

We visited Prague as part of our honeymoon in January 2016. The apartments are in a great location as Prague is a very compact city and nothing is far away - we walked everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed for a couple of days stay, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Karl from Bella Travel went out of his way to make our stay special: we were upgraded to a larger apartment, he met us at the train station and even gave us tips for local restaurants.
