Very nice and obliging service, clean and quiet rooms, there is a place to store bicycles, etc. Tasty and hearty meals, great beer.Two ski resorts and a bike park nearby. My recommendation!!!

We were lucky and our room had a great view. Very good staff. Clean room. The only bad is that they sould clean the road from the snow to the parking. They have lockers for your equipment. The room was very hot and the restroom was renovate and clean.

Amazing view

The rooms are clean and well equipped: tv, small but nice bathroom, facilities for making a coffee or tea, small fridge and a safe. The restaurant is nice: good choices for breakfast and the menu for evening meals has enough diversity. Great views from the restaurant. 
Downstairs lockers for your ski's and shoes.

Nice family hotel with good facilities

Hotel located well in a picturesque area, close to the skibus stop. Good food, nice restaurant. MINUS: 1. small, tiny parking, in winter slippery an full of ice and snow...
2, whirlpool operates only upon reservation one day in advance...ridiculous...3. terribly cold water in a swimming pool which is rather a paddle....4. Noisy kids running around the restaurant

Good food, tiny parking

Nice hotel after recontruction. Good food, nice rooms, wellness is great.
People working at the hotel are very nice. Skibus atation is pretty far. Better go by car. (Svaty Petr skiing area is about 5 minutes) - parking free on Hromovka. Hotel has panorama restaurant. Wellness is good. Water in the pool little bit colder for kids.
Service and employees at the hotel are very nice, and polite. Good place to stay for a few days for skiing.

Nice vacation

It’s our second day here and we are very disappointed so far. The location is beautiful which we knew already. We booked this hotel as it said there was children playground. Yes there are few facilities, however they are not looked after at all. The climbing frame had sharp screws sticking out, my son ripped his shorts, thankfully it was just the shorts. The hotel removed them after I mentioned it. We have a balcony overlooking the climbing frame and regularly see dog owners letting their dogs wee on the slide. There is plenty of greenery for them to do it somewhere else. The room is just old and tired, not a 4* at all. We have stayed in 3* that was much nice than this. The hotel just doesn’t take any pride in maintaining the nice appearance, the grass around is just overgrown and definitely takes away from the relaxing feel. The food was ok, good breakfast but the slow coffee machine and the brown bananas were just really off putting.

Definitely Not 4*, Disappointing Hotel

The room size is good, the view is amazing but there is no air conditioning as they claim when you book online, the breakfast is very bad not good for muslims or vegetarians. And it finishes fast and they Don’t refill 
The staff is kind and helpful
They lock the door at 10:00 
No security are there in the hotel and if you need anything after 10:00 you will suffer.
