I stayed here with my family for 2 weeks at the end of September through to early October. We all had an amazing holiday and were treated exceptionally by all the staff in this lovely hotel. There wasn't a thing we could say that we didn't enjoy. The rooms were lovely and spacious and serviced particularly well by the busy housekeeping team, keeping things clean and refreshed regularly and toiletries topped up and towels changed when needed. The concierge man was very friendly and helped us with luggage on our arrival and always greeted us with a smile and a chat. Charlie on the front desk was also extremely helpful during our stay, arranging for a power lead for sleep machine and a replacement wheelchair amongst other things for us. They were always happy to help us when needed. The food was tremendous, always fresh and of great quality. A mix of different cuisine themes each night kept us all happy, and the beef cheeks we had at the a la carte night will be a long lived memory. The bar and restaurant staff were who we had most interactions with and they also deserve a special mention for their attentive service and welcome at each visit. It was certainly a holiday I will remember forever with fondess and couldn't have been possible without such great staff. Well done
