Lovely place with such helpful staff !  So close to the beach and an easy walk into town. Not in the old city though - about 750 m. We bussed in so the location was perfect as it was 300 metres from the station. 

Had breakfast once and it was a huge continental breakfast!  Too much for me. I wish I had taken a picture!  Yogurt, banana, large chocolate croissant, two buns and meat and cheese and lots of spreads. Coffee and orange juice too!!  At 11 euro - a great deal. Really enough for two.

Felt completely safe walking to and from town.

Great location in Zadar

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is supportive and kind. The hotel is walking distance to the city center, but not that close. It takes a while to get there. Very close to the beach. Shopping center and supermarket nearby. The price was fair to the location and what the hotel offer.

Clean and organized

The staff at Lavandula is so nice and amazingly friendly.  The apartments are beautiful and very close of a super family friendly beach and a 15 minute walk to the old town which was also amazing. We had a wonderful time in Zadar and at Lavandula. 

A wonderful place with wonderful staff.

In Zadar we stayed one night at Apartments & Rooms Lavandula Exclusive. It is outside the old center, but just 15 minutes' walk from the main tourist attractions and restaurants. Super large room, comfortable, clean, quiet. Excellent bed. Friendly and attentive staff. A very varied breakfast served in the room. And it has its own parking lot. I loved

Very Charming And Confortable

We had 2 regular type rooms on the ground level and found them to be quite nice . They were modern and clean . the property is about 15-20 minute walk to old town . They also have free parking which was a plus .

Nice Rooms on Lower level

Annual vacation of my love and me has come to the end. Our time in Zadar is over. We had a nice and relaxing annual. Apartments and rooms Lavandula is a facility where we spent a week and it was great. The rooms are really nice and relaxing and the bathroom and toilet are also  clean and nice, modernly decorated. The staff is friendly and polite. The only perhaps complaint is that you have to ask for fresh towels, they are not brought to you every morning, like is usually the case in this business. And that also applies to emptying trash cans in the room. But overall, it was nice and we are satisfied.

Beautiful and relaxing 

Lovely small hotel close to the beach and Zadar's old town. The receptionists are super nice and helpful. The room we had (2 adults + 2 kids) was spacious and very clean with everything we needed. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely little hotel

I really recommend this place if you are going to stay in Zadar. It’s near the local beach kolovare (really like 3 minutes walking) and about 20 minutes to the city center. The place is so cozy and really nice there is lavender everywhere you can smell it in the entire place. Stuff is really friendly and willing to help you anytime. Room is very clean and smell like lavender, also there is air- condition and free WiFi. If you want to have breakfast they can serve you for 9,5€ and you will get yogurt,bread,ham,cheese,salami some kind of fruit and coffee or tea.

Really nice place to stay

The apartment was beautiful and had a good kitchen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but tasty. The location is ok. Close to a big supermarket and the beach. It is a bit of a walk to the old town  but taxis are not too expensive.

Nice apartment good location

I did my research ahead of traveling to Dalmatia, and Lavandula exceeded our expectations. Not only was the Sobe reached easily from the freeway exit, it offered onsite parking and many amenities that easily would please seasoned tourists. Our reception agent was knowledgeable, friendly, and in full command of English. She introduced us to the spacious quarters, tastefully decorated, and full-featured. We settled in quickly and then (on her advice) walked the 15 mins. to the ornate city gate. (I must note that just to its right is a large public parking lot that would have been preferable to the walk.) Since rainy weather was forecast, we quickly settled on one of the best-known restaurants (Pet Bunara) and ate our meal while watching a downpour. Then we hurried on back to Lavendula. The evening was spent in the well-appointed rooms with refrigerator and great TV selection. The staffer urged us to indicate our breakfast preferences for the morning, since these were customarily prepared off-site. We were not disappointed  -  sitting in the small, secluded alcove at the Sobe's entrance, we enjoyed every morsel. Surely one of the highlights of our Dalmatian excursion!
