The villa is in really good location. The bus stop is right over the road. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the Srebreno beach and a 10 minute walk to the Kupari beach which is lovely as well. The room is big, bed is comfortable. There is a working AC in the room which was helpful. The bathroom was a nice size. There was a TV and enough plug sockets in the room which is sometimes a problem in other places. There are nice places to eat around the villa and a short walk from more variety. The staff were lovely and we were welcomed with beer and biscuits. The whole place was very clean and I can’t fault it. 

Perfect place to stay 

We stayed here for a week as we were going to a wedding in Dubrovnik- can not fault this lovely place. We were welcomed with beer and cake and halfway through the stay a beautiful fruit platter. Great location for Mlini beaches and bars. 
Will definitely return!

What a little gem!!!

Fantastic location, great views and clean villa. Lots of space and fantastic layout if you don’t mind stairs. About a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Very welcoming and friendly host. Would definitely recommend this villa for groups up to 9 people. 

Fabulous location! 

My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights on July 24-27, 2017. It is a clean, cute & cosy little place very close to a beach, shopping center and cafes. We came from Dubrovnik airport with a bus, and the walk was literally couple minutes!

The owner is lovely and helpful - we even got a delicious homemade cake as a welcome!

The room has a good AC, however open window was enough for us. The most surprising thing was seemingly slightly open shower, which however never leaked! Don't forget to push the "heater on" button right next to the light switch, or else the end of the shower might get quite healthy :)

There was everything you might need (except for a kettle): spacious wardrobe with hangers, vanity with drawers, little kitchen with essentials (including some oil, salt and sugar), even a little balcony!

Really enjoyed our stay!
