I booked a holiday here for last May and due to covid 19 we couldn’t go. I have tried contacting the property numerous times for a refund or a rebooking.. no such look. Just kept my money 😡 been on the phone to them just now to ask for an email or how I can rebook and just got told to book on booking.com but I have paid them already! Absolutely disgusting.

It was amazing!! One of the best experience for sure, we are definitely coming back.Everything was clean, location is great and is very close to ferry port , restaurants , bus stations etc. Host is very nice and we hope to see you next summer

It was amazing

The apartment is set within the walls of the palace. They have everything you need for your stay. The patio area is an added bonus for resting after a day exploring beautiful split. It is set in a courtyard filled with lovely resturants.It was spotless clean. The owner was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this accomadation and definitely will return.

Super Split

Although not easy to find this apartment was in an excellent position to explore Split. Situated around the corner the Golden Gate - everywhere within the old town was nearby and the sea was 5 minutes (maximum) walk away.
The host - Emir - could not do enough to help us. Room and balcony were clean and fresh water supplied every other day along with servicing the room.
Payment has to be made in cash.

Desperate for accommodation, and booking this the evening before arriving...the gods were looking down on me for sure
Early check-in, big room, terrace, clean, good bed...and a bottle opener, wine glasses and even ice!

Great location, but Emir is why you're a happy traveller!!!

Carrara Accommodation is an excellent base for sightseeing in the old city of Split.  

Carrara Accommodation, like all tourist accommodation within the old city, has no parking available but if you are driving and need somewhere to put the car, there is a public parking lot very close by at Istarska ul. 4, 21000, Split, (be aware, competition for spots is fierce). If you are able to park there it is only about a five minute walk to Carrara Accommodation.  To get there from the parking lot, walk down the parking lot and past Caffe Bar Dalmantino and all of the clothing stalls, cross Zagrebacka UL, walk south toward the Palace alongside Park Josipa Jura Strossmayera and toward the small bakery, go left under the arch in the Palace wall and walk down UL Vicka Andrica, take the first right into the square, and you'll find Carrara Accommodation at the end of the square on the right (walk up the flight of stairs).  If you don't have a car, just walk through the Golden Gate (the one on the north side), take the first left and walk into the square.  You'll find Carrara Accommodation immediately on your left.

Our room at Carrara Accommodation had nice big windows that opened onto the square below. We had access to a private balcony area which was a pleasant place to have breakfast but be aware that the room is directly above a pizzeria and by late afternoon and through the evening I found the smell of cooking was quite heavy outside on the balcony.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.  The bathroom was small but clean.  The room was equipped with fridge, television and WiFi, although the satellite and the WiFi both went offline for about 12 hours.  But what are you going to do; it could happen anytime to anyone.

Emir, the host of Carrara Accommodation, lives quite near and was available and happy to help with any questions or difficulties.

Very nice room within the walls of Diocletian's Palace.  Recommended!

Me and my boyfriend have has the best week staying here. Emir the host is super friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean, very well equipped with body wash, soaps, hairdryer and a first aid kit, aswell as this fresh towels and sheets were avalible. The little veranda is wicked for a picnic lunch. Location is really handy and central.Couldn't be happier with this accomodation. Would recommend it to anyone ! 

If there was a higher rating I would give it ! 

Clean, comfortable, excellent location. Room had fridge to use which was very useful. Lovely terrace for us to enjoy an evening drink. Host was helpful. Split itself is a fabulous city. Definitely recommend.
