We visited Dubrovnik in September (just one night), and wanted to stay in the city center. Rooms Kazerma was a perfect match - great location, inside the Old Town, just next to the city walls (therefore no availability by bus or car). The room was very small, but clean and quite enough for one night stay. The owner is very pleasant lady, who brought us juice and cake :) and she uses a starch for the sheets...it was a pleasure to lay down in bed, after a long exhaustive walk! Don't know if the lady is fluent in English - we were speaking our language :) Perfect location - small but pleasant room - great price for the value. Tip: there are ca. 100 stairs to this facility. It is recommended not to carry big bags/cases. If you do have these, be clever and drop them at the main bus station. :)
