The main problem with this hotel is the loud music till 2am that comes from nightclubs nearby. In room 11, it felt like we were just outside the club. Avoid this hotel if you're here to rest, or at least ask for a room that's further away from the noise. 
Rooms are okay, very simple and clean enough. Of course, you get a few ants and one spider but that's part of the deal in Costa Rica (especially rooms in ground floor). AC works well, very important here! One low point: my bed was too soft and the sheets were worn out. 
Breakfast is included, which is great (although why industrial juice?!), but make sure to bring your tea-bag if you can’t start the day without it.  

This hotel is well-located in Tamarindo (and small supermarket is 50m away) and it's nice to have a pool but the loud music just ruined our sleep during two nights. 
Suggestion for the manager: be more transparent regarding this situation so that guests don't find out by themselves or reading the note at the reception. Maybe also give a discount for rooms which are particularly exposed...

Not a hotel to rest

I went. With my family on december 2015. To  domus is nice. We stay on two bedroom with kitchenette. We glad. To  have this have a little porch  closer  to the pool so i can watch my kids swimming from there .
Paolo is such great person whatever you need. He is there dont matter what time its.
The pool is clean as well , the breakfasts is totally costarica'n totally  yummy!! 
The hotel is really close to  restaurants and the. Beach so for  what they charged  is  perfect.

Nice Hotel

This review is based on a budget place to stay in Tamarindo. I liked it and thought it had all of the essentials for a person traveling on a budget without wanting to stay at a hostel. The room was great and had great AC. The shower was a bit wonky but the owner Paolo seemed to want to take care of it after I left. The breakfast was enough and pleasant on the pool patio with a chance to meet guests here and there. Great central location right across the street from a supermarket so a quick pop-in to get some beer for the beach and I was on my way. Security guard at night that stays on premises. That made me feel better only because I travel with laptop and camera equipment that wouldn't fit in a safe and the door to the rooms were pretty flimsy. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

This place is just perfect for the total Costa Rica experience. The rooms are spotless. The beds are comfy. The Tico breakfast is perfect. Location couldn't be better. They will assist in any transportation or adventures you may need.
