If you're looking for a comfortable hotel/serviced apartment with a reasonable rate in Suzhou ,look no further. I've spent a week in this hotel, both in a single room apartment and a double room apartment and they're great. Ok , it's little bit tattered on the edges so to speak but the for price one pays, this is value for money, and comes with a comfort level one expects from a 4 star hotel. Broadband internet is complementary (as in most cases in China), breakfast has a nice spread but can be repetitive. There's a small bar and an indoor pool and a gym. The toiletries and towels are replenished daily, a fully equipped kitchen a large living room, it's a fully furnished apartment that comes with hotel "trimmings". Quite popular with expats as well who have come to call it home. What I appreciate is the apartment comes with a washer/dryer and it's a good thing to have when one's staying for a week and needs some laundry done. Location wise , it's in the SIP, and 15 minutes from the commercial street Shi Quan Street by cab, so no complaints there. Anthing to nick pick? Not all cabbies know this place, so do bring along their hotel card for the benefit of the cabbies.
