The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a pleasant small restaurant and we enjoyed the food. I was disappointed in the rooms which were Black wall with purple decor. The carpet had obviously not been vacuumed for some time but everything else was clean. Really the carpets let them down badly and the rooms we saw did not look like the photos on line.

there was no english speaking staff which surprised me because it is a more expensive hotel. but they tried to help us very friendly and they translated us everything with their cellphone. we booked massages and they were realy good. location is a bit outside the centre but you can easy go by bus. The designs of the rooms are realy nice

no english speaking staff

the hotel did not have the amenities advertised.  advertised as 5-star hotel - at best a 3-star. the room was comfortable and clean. the staff was friendly.  the breakfast was very good. the hotel was very close to the train station. the staff did not speak english.  my pre-paid hotel reservation via priceline/agoda was not in the hotel's reservation system - this was challenging because the staff did not speak or read english and i do not speak or read chinese - and my reservation details were written in english.
