32 reviewsI had to make this booking on the way to Shanghai airport to fly to Beijing but when I arrived at the hotel I was surprised that everything was ready for my visit. I had an excellent, very large room with really good amenities and the bed was really comfortable. I did not book the room with breakfast and as the price for breakfast was quite expensive for what was on order I decided to skip it but as there is a family mart (like 7/11) in the lobby I was able to get some croissants. As the hotel is situated right next to Beijing University, and it is summer break, there are a lot of students handing around in the lobby in the morning waiting for their taxis (air-conditioned in the 38C heat outside) so this makes it a little difficult to get a taxi yourself and it is very crowded and noisy. For my business trip the location was perfect as it's close to most of the R&D centers in Beijing where my meeting took place. I would definitely book this hotel again for a business trip but hopefully when the students are back in class as this was really the low light for me and my colleagues.
