Pucon

We stayed here for 4 nights. unfortunately the hotel is next to the very very busy road between Villarica and Pucon. The noise is non stop from early morning until late at night. you need your window open to keep cool but it is so noisy. All rooms are facing the road. This makes it impossible to relax and sleeping difficult. what a pity.

the hotel needs a refurbishment, the carpets in our room had been replaced in part but not the whole floor. 

the swimming pool is not as large as the photo and there really is only room for two people. the pool is in the back of the hotel and not very well positioned.

it was a pity but the breakfast was complicted. No buffet. You order from the waitress  and it takes a long time. The coffee is the worst ever nescafe sachet. There is a  coffee machine but this is not included in the price and they are reluctant to use it. 



Noisy, old and needs renovation

Excellent location, located halfway between Pucón and Villarrica, everything impeccably clean, very good care and hospitality and a first-class breakfast.

An excellent place to stay while passing through the area.

Where to begin... Hotel Bordeluz was just the loveliest experience we had as a family. The staff is absolutely extraordinary. There is nothing they can't do to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was spotless the day we arrived and was maintained that way all throughout our stay. The manager was extremely helpful in guiding us through various tourist attractions making himself available for any questions we might have had during our stay. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. From yoghurt, cereals, eggs, granola, cake, fruit juices, and teas, their attention was always caring yet professional. We also took advantage of the hot tub available (an an extra charge) beside their free pool. It is a lovely treat after a whole day out exploring volcanos, waterfalls, lakes, and forests. You need to rent a car to move about as it is located between the city of Villaria and Pucon. This hotel is an absolute gem. If you are looking for a hotel in which the personal yet professional touch is there, then look no further, this is the place.

Hotel Bordeluz is a great place to visit Pucon, possess an optimal size and attention due to a team of very kind and attentive people in which everything works.We travel with my wife and children and we had no problem, very highly recommended!

This is what we were looking for: a small hotel, but with excellent facilities, as well as the very friendly and attentive staff who do not lack anything. the very comfortable and well-seated rooms. it has a normal, temperate swimming pool that can be used until midnight. the access to the lake is very close.

It's a lovely place to visit.

Very nice, it's newly remodeled, spacious spaces, new towels and warm attention, a good blackout in the room allows you to sleep until later, shampoo and bathroom air conditioner in the dispensary, taking care of the environment, and the reduction of waste from small packaging!

Unfortunately, the pool improvement works had us in a rush from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm every day. A disaster. The appropriate thing would have been for the hotel to be closed while the works were underway (which would have saved us the noise and would have made us book elsewhere), but the hotel preferred to offer a bad experience to some guests before losing 1 or 2 weeks of revenue. We learned of this situation to the hotel staff and were told that they would end the first day of our stay, which was not the case (it was extended for 4 more days, the entire stay).

It is lamentable.

Super recommended, the attention was excellent, personalized, the facilities are well maintained and across the street you have access to the beach.The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the center by car.

We ordered the room with jacuzzi, the room was beautiful, the spacious bathroom, the exquisite bed, lake view but with trees in the middle and far away, the lovely pool, the very good breakfast, that piece was amazing but we looked at the others and they were less beautiful and the bathrooms also not so beautiful, yet I highly recommend it, the super loving attention.

It was generally a good experience for a group of friends (5 in total). We took the six-bedroom that has two bedrooms and two beds in a kind of central living room, that is, as if it were 3 bedrooms in total. The room without being luxurious or low-quality materials, had everything needed. It is noteworthy that it has air conditioning, a super practical refrigerator, hair dryer, waiter service, towels, etc. Ademas has a central table that is perfect for a good night's carret experience with the group. The breakfast is very complete and varied, quite a bit in my opinion in relation to the total price paid. Another positive thing is the number of parking spaces and closing to the group, in less than 5 minutes.
