Excellent Management,  have been working hard to do numerous changes, including  all new beds!  Many more updates that are amazing. THE kitchenettes are great and save lots of from eating out. Very quiet place and close walk to all amenities. The building is always clean..i stayed here 3 months.

Great Stay

Stayed there for one night.
It was a two queen beds room.
The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom looked newly renovated.
Check in was fine and you just left your room key in a mailbox on checkout.
I have no complaints and would stay there again.
Only negative was the entrance was not Huron Church Rd.

The price is right

Arriving at the Royal Windsor for the first time, we thought is was apts. The beds are comfortable. Washroom is a fair size. All is all, room is comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking although entrance is in the back off the main road. Very close to the Canada/USA border.

A place to sleep

I know cheap places there is no expectations, but it's not worth the money they charge  rooms are dirty customer service is extremely poor, and owner is rip off artist.  I was gonna stay for 3 weeks i couldn't stay more then 3 days, I don't recommend this place to anyone and i'll never come back here.

stay here if you absolutely didn't find anything else

Using booking .com we booked  in February, but when we arrived there mid afternoon in April  We were told our room was gone because our card used at the time of booking had since expired.  He then said he was able to rent the room for multiple days so why would he hold it.   Given there were two sporting events in Windsor that weekend we had a terrible time finding a place to stay.  Then we received a note the next day from booking. Com that we were a no show.   We showed. They reneged.  Do not stay here the owners can not be trust.

The sheets appeared clean and the sink.  Other than that when I arrived home my clothes were so musty and smokey smelling.  The room really in need of good cleaning and painting.  Practically had to beg for extra towels and the ones supplied were very dirty.
