Bed bugs, loud neighboor and had to leave because it wasnt un healthy. Paid 900$ for a month. The exterminator was there 1 week after. No reimbursement. Dont go there its the worst place I have stayed

HORRIBLE

Did a 1 night stay during Quebec spring break on Mar. 5, 2019, and just wanted a cheap place to stay for me and my 2 kids for a two-day skiing stint in the Sauveur area.  Check-in was easy and Gregory was already expecting me when I showed up.  He was very friendly and accommodating.  

The room was fine, nothing to write home about, but at least it was clean.  It had a small fridge (which ran so loudly I had to unplug it before going to sleep), a TV, a small desk, and an office chair.  The closet was small and awkward, and there was definitely a lack of hooks for hanging stuff.  The 2 double beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was fine, albeit a bit small.

The next morning, breakfast was offered which consisted of muffins, some fruit (apples and bananas), bread with jam and PB, cereal, milk, coffee, and juice.  It was all just sitting at a table and counter in the reception area, so you had to take food back to your room eat.  It was not much, but better than nothing, and saved you from having to pack breakfast or go out and buy breakfast somewhere else.

Overall, I was happy with the location, the cleanliness, ease of check-in, and price.  I would consider it again if I wasn't looking for luxury accommodations, and if other cheaper options in the area were not available.

Clean, reasonable stay at a decent price

We went to the Auberge Spa, then checked into our Motel. Very clean and beautiful scenery. We went for dinner and returned, to a nice and quiet atmosphere looking out at the ski hill. In the morning we went in for our continental breakfast and had a great conversation with the owners, and met their beautiful cat. We would most definitely refer this Motel and plan on going back with our husbands in the near future.

Girls Retreat

Upon registering and picking up the key to the room, I was required by the owner, to justify as to why I had requested two night accommodations as two separate reservations rather than one reservation over two evenings. This she explained made it most difficult for her to find accommodations at her motel, given this was a holiday weekend.  In order to accommodate us, she said that she upgraded our room. I am not sure what the upgrade was perhaps the couch as everything else seemed to be rather standard including the old style TV - bulky tube type, the leaky fridge, etc.

Budget accmodations

Staying at this motel was an awful experience, especially with kids. Why? 1) unclean and old facilities
2) heater do not work
3) services are desperately mediocre
4) dealing with overseas companies (culture differences, no power for decision-making) is the worse experience in terms of services rendered to
customers.
Thus, I will not reiterate the experience and will definitely not recommand.
