Location, kitchenette, comfort and clean, easy to access, close to everything, comfortable beds, well appointed. Staff were lovely and the room was clean, but needed a deeper clean in the bathroom and pillows were a bit flat. Couldn't quite figure out if there was cable included with the TV, but were too busy to ask anyway! This is a wonderful place to stay on your next visit to Qc City!

A great choice for old Quebec!

Our room was clean, cozy and beautiful. The staff were genuine and kind. Charming and unpretentious. Will stay there again!

We stayed at this hotel for several nights in early February 2024.  We stayed here specifically to attend the Winter Carnival.

The location is well situated for Dufferin Terrace, Old Quebec and the Winter Carnival locations.

We stayed in Unit #3 which included a small kitchen and bedroom.  The kitchen contains a Murphy bed which we asked to be stored as that created more room in the kitchen.  A small table and two chairs were in the kitchen as well. 
 Kitchen amenities included a microwave and coffee maker.   A toaster oven was stored in a cabinet.

The unit is accessed via an open courtyard that is entered by the hotel's central hallway.

The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable.  There was no sitting area.  The television is in the bedroom.  The bathroom was particularly nice.

Would give the unit 4.5 stars, if possible.  Excellent location.

Paid parking is available a short distance away.

There was no water in the room and reception was closed when I arrived since there is nothing nearby to this location I slept thirsty. Additionally, there was no toothpaste in the kit. Lastly, I was disappointed because the coffee maker was so filthy that I didn’t consider to have a coffee in the morning as well.

Whatever you do, don't book here. Their cancellation policy is draconian and the front "desk staff/manager" are rude and barely speak English.  Once we saw the room, it was impossible to stay. It was shabby, cramped, smelly and worn.  There was no elevator, narrow steep, stairs. If you have any kind of disability or mobility issue, it is impossible to get around. We never received the booking information from this hotel and had thankfully booked another lovely hotel just steps away.  We found out we had booked at this place only when we received an email telling us we were a no show and were being charged for the full five days. We tried to resolve it with the management in person and agreed to pay for the one night in "Good Faith", they refused and told us tough luck, pay up. With that kind of inhospitable treatment and the poor quality of the accommodations, it was inconceivable to stay there.  Do yourself a favor, stay anywhere but here.  The management and hotel nasty, effectively ruined our entire vacation.

Disappointed

In the heart of old Québec minutes from everything. Room we got was quit small barely any room on one side of the bed to pass. Mattress was very soft (too much for us) and bed was unstable (depending where you'd sit the bed would tilt) bathroom seemed bigger. Place is very clean. We we're overcharged and promised the reimbursement on the same card but are still waiting for the reimbursement. Clerk seems inattentive and confused. We go to Québec city a couple of times a year and have been for approximately 10yrs. We love trying different hotels to have different experiences but this is our first bad experience and don't recommend unless you no choice.

Disappointing experience.

The staff went out of her way to be helpful. We were earlier there than expected and since our room was not ready yet, she suggested another room that was more suitable for my wife. Greatly appreciated.Recommend !!!

Older property and some of the rooms are quite small, at least ours was smaller than anticipated. Parking was a small headache.The location is great! It is “Old Quebec” and that was the vibe we were hoping to experience. Easy walking distance to soo much!Maria was very helpful. She obviously cares about her work and makes the extra effort. A true asset.
