Residence Inn by Marriott Montreal Downtown

Five Star Experience! The staff make this hotel! Could not have had nicer staff in any hotel in the world! Not the fanciest of hotels but it was clean, nice kitchen and shower. We had two rooms - the one with a Queen bed just had a small bar fridge. The room with the King had a regular fridge. There was a protest happening by the hotel when we arrived in Montreal. We ended up lost so called the hotel and the person who answered stayed calm and talked us through directions on how to get to the hotel. They allowed us late check out for one of our rooms. They were quick to bring up missing dish soap. The parking is a bit tricky but really not bad. And pretty affordable for downtown Montreal. The front desk staff do an excellent job at explaining how to get to it. You need to check in first before going to the garage. There is a loading zone (small) in front of the hotel. We forgot our food in the fridge - the cleaning attendant had put it aside for us so we didn’t lose it - big thanks to her!
