+ Located in a quiet area, security and comfort. Large and airy yard. Room rates are quite cheap.
+ Staff are very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful, can speak English well, they have many tour & bus option for your choice. Motobikes & bicycle rental available service.
+ Spacious and comfortable room, cool window, clean toilet.
- The space under the corrugated iron roof in front of the suites will be very hot at noon because they do not use insulation (mainly for sunshades).
- Bedroom and toilet lights are quite dark compared to the overall color of the room. There is no wardrobe in the room for hanging clothes. Hot water pressure is relatively weak.

* Highly recommend with this guesthouse if you need 1 place to spend for 1 night with cheap price.

Perfect choice with good value for money

Me and my boyfriend stopped at this place on a way to Sieam Reap and what an amazing place. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was clean and looked after rooms. Place has been run by family and they couldn't be more helpful and honest. Need laundry done and place around coner was going to charges 3 times than they do locals so owners said they do it for us. How amazing. You can get you bus tickets here, rent a bike and tours and all prices were cheaper than around the town. 
Definatley recommend to stay at this place and prices are really good too.

Really nice place and owners

Very clean room with a very good shower, good bed and pillow.
Had a room with AC for only 16$.
The people are so friendly and helpful. They did a lot of effort to make this place cosy. You can sit outside, they put tables in front of the rooms with tea and coffee facilities. It's a little out of the city centre but that's positive, it's quiet and the centre is not that exciting...

Very good value for money 

We stayed here for a night on our way to Ratanakiri. Upon arrival the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and very lovely. It's situated about a ten minute walk to the busy market and close to another bus station. The rooms are clean, spacious and quaint with hot showers and huge comfortable beds - certainly getting your money's worth. Definitely recommend staying here if you are using this town as a stop over 😊 And there was a tasty free sachet or two of coffee as well.

Cute, clean and comfortable! 

I stayed here one night to catch my bus to Laos . The Cambodian couple that runs this place are genuin, warm and welcoming people . Their English is not that good yet they try very hard to understand and help you when you ask for something . 🦋🦋🦋

Wonderful in between place

We spent some hours in this nice hotel between two buses. The room with fan is really good for 8$! The beds comfortable and the ladies are kind. We didn't stay a long time but had a good impression! Recommend.
