This GH is just off the durian roundabout to easy access to the riverfront & lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff on the front desk went out their way to help us, ordering bikes (and locking them up for us), teaching me to ride, booking excursions and onwards travel. The girl on front desk speaks excellent English & was so friendly & helpful. We booked a basic double room but they didn't have one spare so we were put in a triple room instead - massive, clean with towels and toiletries provided. Fab value for money!

Amazing value for money

Soon as we walked in was greeted by the most kindest and happy lady ever. Her alone keeps everyone in the guesthouse smiling. 
Rooms are very clean and spacious. 
Located in the middle of town, 5 min walk to river. Also next to a ATM and opposite a petrol station. 
Motorbikes are available for $5 per day and they look them up at night to keep them safe. Laundry is available. If you need anything or any advice the staff will help. 
Great place for value. 
Only negative is the lack of a social area, only a small balcony to chill. 


Everything you need. 

The reviews for this guesthouse are very accurate with the key words being clean, friendly, comfortable and cheap. It is very good value for money. Staff are very helpful and will give good advice and can book day tours and onward transportation. I had a great tour of Bokor National Park by car with  English speaking guide and the firefly cruise for $13us. The room I had was fan room, king bed with very firm mattress, hot water, toiletries and drinking water provided daily for $9us. Air conditioning rooms are available for a little more. The whole facility is kept very clean and my only criticism is that the towels smell of whoever used it last.

Excellent Value 

Stayed here for two nights I a fan room with my wife and had a pleasant stay. 

The hotel is a 5 minute walk at most from the river front and is right next to the Durian roundabout. 

On arrival we had a friendly welcome and booked a tour to the Bokor national park which also included lunch and a sunset cruise. The lunch was poor but the tour was as good as it could be, the sunset cruise being the highlight. We also booked our bus to travel to Phnom Pen through the hotel with no issues. 

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, fan, A/C (if you pay for an A/C room), comfy beds, TV, WIFI, hot showers and free bottled water. 

Just a heads up for any backpackers we had an issue withdrawing cash with our international card from any of the ATMs near by, nor would the banks let us do so by providing our passport. So I suggest you bring enough for your stay saving you the stress of trying to find somewhere out can withdraw. 

Would happily stay here again and would recommend to a friend. 

Cheap, clean and comfortable 

Overall, a good value budget hotel. The price was cheap, the room was spacious with basic facilities. Location was okay, about 5 minutes walk from the city center. The staffs didn't talk much but helpful. I could also fill my sim card credit here.
The first room they gave me had a leaking issue (from the sink) but after i told them about it the next day, they moved me to another room in the end. The new room felt more hot and humid every time I came into the room (even hotter than outside temperature), but with the fan on, it subsided.
The room wasn't cleaned every day, i had to explicitly request for it to be cleaned.
