Seeing all the negative reviews I was really scared when my husband told me he booked this hotel for our weekend trip, but turned out to be a great decision and perfect option for all of us, so we are here now already for the second time. We arrived in the morning in Varna, had a walk in the city and around 14:30 went to the hotel for check in. The lady from reception was nice and smiley. We booked an apartment -both rooms very spacious, overall clean (some stains on the carpet, but not a big deal for us, only details), the heating system was working well, so there was no problem even outside was cold. We chose to eat there the breakfast and dinner -buffet style. Everything was good, there was variety, the restaurant staff constantly monitoring to be enough food in the recipients. We went also to the pool. Kids were super happy. It was not crowded, the water was heated, clean (the yellow stains on the pool walls I believe are like this due to the mineral water). We only visited the saunas, as with 2 kids was impossible to have a minute for us, but looked very nice. We were here for the second time already, so for us is the perfect option, nothing to complain about.
