Excellent hotel, I recommend it for everybody. I spend a good time in the lobby with my colleges drinking nice cocktails. The rooms are clean and nice furniture, the bathroom was good. And in the finale, all experience was good.

Very good hotel

I can not recommend this hotel because:
1. The hygiene in the room was questionable. The bathroom was so shabby and looked dirty. The rooms was not cleaned at all after the first night we had.
2. The noise - the walls are so thin that you here everything, and when somebody wakes at 6am with the TV, you wake up too. 
3. The facilities- I thought it is normal to have a hairdryer in the room, especially in a hotel rated 4 stars. But no, there is no such. If you need some, go to reception and they will provide one agains a deposit.
4. No working lobby bar to have a coffee or a drink. There is a very nice lobby bar with huge fireplace - but it was closed when we went there for a decent coffee, as in breakfast they serve only Nespresso. 
5. The other guests - we were there with a football team. It is fine. But when you enter the corridor where rooms are and you first smell and then see a bunch of dirty laundry in front of all rooms, you would like to run out of this place.
6. The wifi wasn't working.

There were some good things: we had a party dinner and the food they prepared was great.
The massage I had was pretty fine.

But I will never return there or recommend it to anyone.

Can not recommend this hotel

Me and my boyfriend arrived int his hotel for a relaxing weekend and we left very disappointed.Пристигнахме с приятеля ми за един релакс уикенд, а си тръгнахме изключително разочаровани.
1. The wall are extremely thin and you can literally hear the conversations and shouting next door which obscured our sleep. Стените са изключително тънки и буквално може да се чуят разговорите, виковете и т.н. , което попречи да си отпочинем
2. In the hotel's website is shown a cigarette bar that they have. this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We went to reception and asked if we can use it. We were told that this bar is only for events. I don't understand why they just don't write in their website that it is not available for the "regular" guests of the hotel but only for VIP people. В сайта е написано, че има пура бар, което беше и една от причините да изберем този хотел. Отидохме на рецепция и ни беше казано, че той е само за събития. Не разбирам защо тогава не напишат в сайта си, че не е достъпен за "обикновените" гости на хотела.
3. The second day our room was not cleaned at all. The housekeeper only had put additional toilet paper. Стаята ни не беше оправена изобщо. Камериерката просто беше сложила тоалетна хартия.
4. While i was training at the fitness, 4-5 children of age 5-6 years old arrived. No supervision. I told the girl on the reception in the spa centre that it is not appropriate for these children to be there. It is at least dangerous for them, the above mentioned receptionist only came in the fitness to tell the kids to be careful and left. Докато тренирах във фитнеса, дойдоха деца на възраст около 6 години сами, без надзор на възрастен. След като казах на момичето на рецепция в спа центъра, че не е редно тези деца да са там. Най-малкото е опасно за тях, въпросната служителка дойде само, за да им каже да внимават и това беше.
5.  As there was no hairdryer in the bathroom,, the following absurd was that i have to leave 20 lv. deposit at reception. Тъй като няма сешоар в банята, поредният абсурд беше, че трябваше да оставя депозит от 20 лв. за сешоар от рецепция.
6. In the hotel there isn't a single bar opened where one can have a drink after dinner and the hotel is quite remote from any social life, so it would be a good idea for the management to think of some kind of entertainment. Няма нищо отворено, където човек да пийне нещо след вечеря. А хотелът е отдалечен от какъвто и да е социален живот, затова не би било лошо да се помисли за някакъв вид развлечение в него.
7. The next disappointment was the spa centre. It closes at 19h. When we made the reservation, we specifically asked about the temperature of the pool and we were told be the receptionist that it is around 27 degrees. In reality it wasn't even close to this temperature. The water was unpleasantly cold and impossible to swim. Поредното разочарование беше спа-то. То затваря в 19 часа. По телефонът ни беше казано, че водата в басейна е 27 градуса, а се оказа изключително студена и невъзможно за плуване без да настине човек.
The only nice thing was the food. They cooked quite deliciously. Единственото хубаво нещо беше храната. Доста вкусно готвят.

Huge disapointment/ Голямо разочарование

Good place to escape for a day from the city buzz. They have very nice villas and general the place is quiet. There's an Italian restaurant, which is so-so, still good. The only huge disappointment was the breakfast...

The villas are worth

Went there for a day, hoping to extend our stay. Couldn't wait to leave this place.  We stayed at the villas, not the main building. Great on the outside, but urine smell on the inside. Apparently they have a problem with reclaimed water. Once we start using the restroom a strong urine odor came out of it. We had to open all windows and keep bathroom door closed. When I spoke with some of the staff they said they are aware of the problem. Our villa an another one she sais have this problem. I even asked the manager to come and see for himself. I spent $80 for one night and the only thing I was offered was the book for complaints. Its very unfortunate that such a book even exist. I would never stay at the hotel agan and wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
