It's an awful place to stay while you are in Nesebar, Bulgaria. We was thinking it will be ok for us when we planed a trip with the coleagues in the summer, but it happens to be an awful mistake. Don't book anything before you try gathering additional information through search for the name of the hotel in Google. Nobody deserves this kind of dissapointment on a vacation. Really, don't go there.

Don't go there

I never tend to write bad reviews but I realy want to share my experience and help others to avoid my mistake. I spent 8 nights in this complex. The reservation said it get cleaned once a week - not only there were no cleaning of the room, but when we complain - the owner said: this is my personal appartment so no one is cleaning it.Not to mention - nobody change the towels, sheets and no toileteries available except soаp .We should take the garbage by ourselves. The room is teeny tiny. No parking space - even though you paid for a parking spot in advance and they say - there is no place for you to park, sorry we can not help you.
The only advantages - very very good location: next to the beach - 2 ot 3 minutes by foot and 5 minutes to the old town. The other thing - three outdoor swimming pools. 
Very poorly maintained. Better avoid!

Extremely awful place

It had a good location near the beach and not far from old town.The apartments were badly maintained and in disrepair.Things were breaking,cabinet door fell on my headThe bathroom flooded ,the door of the bathroom was not closingWe complained and the maintenance fixed it ,but why wait till you have an accident.Nice view .Massage therapist  damaged my son's neck and had to be taken by ambulance to emergency.Got a large bill and complained to the hotel and spa ,they completely ignored us.We were told that the company has defaulted with the banks and it was being repossessed.

Badly maintained

If I would have been traveling alone- my choice would be probably different: I'd vote for a room in Bulgarian traditional house somewhere in the Old Town.  But my little son loved Panorama because it's located in the green park over the sea, with many playgrounds, 5 minutes walk to fun, fresh, and friendly South Beach cafe - my son's favorite for lunch, 5 minutes walk to perfectly clean beaches, and 7 minutes walk to the Old Town - the main attraction for a curious and hungry for new adventures young mind.  And - the greatest perk of Panorama Vigo - the swimming pools:)  As Herodotus wrote about Black Sea that the Ancient Greeks settled around it as frogs around the pond, so the kids around all three hotel's outdoor swimming pools.  Now some minuses: the apartments overlooking backstreet are noisy at night but at the same time they are in a shade all day which is great during hot summer days.  I highly recommend to choose apartments over hotel rooms, this way you can always have your own breakfast at your convenient time not depending on hotel arrangements, and more privacy.  Also, don't necessary look for sea view apartment: the backstreet rooms get you some really fresh air from the mountains in the early morning (and also give a pick on the sea! just from another side).
