I stayed here for a week in March 2017 and it was perfect for my needs. Friendly family run, spotlessly clean, controllable heating in rooms, free wifi, ski/board storage area, very nice buffet breakfast, easy walk up to the gondola, nice and quiet at night.

Great value family run B&B

Wonderfully warm & friendly place to stay. The owners take good care of their guests without being intrusive. We have an apartment in Razlog (10 mins drive from Bansko) but wanted to get the full apres ski experience so stayed in Vien for four nights of our break. 
The location is great for Winter & Summer, approx 7 minute walk to the gondola & 10 minute walk to the old town with free parking. Very clean, comfortable & warm with a substantial breakfast to set you up for the day. Nice traditional Bulgarian decor gives you the local experience which is very nice considering Bansko is quickly becoming a large commercial ski zone.

Nadia  the owner was excellent,very helpful, friendly,good information, and always willing to assist in any way she could, room was clean and tidy  every day, breakfast was very good,I planning to return to this guest house on my next visit.

Lovely friendly guest house located close to gondola only 10 min walk.Nice staff good breakfast and tidy clean with warm rooms and hot shower facilities.Its a very good price and has English tv channels in the rooms .


Great place to stay

6 days in Bansko for skiing, clean and nice rooms and so helpful family who run the hotel! I defiantly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bansko! The hotel is just 5 min walk from the ski-area but in a silent and nice area.
