Today I went to visit my wife and at the entrance we asked and confirmed the price via the guide of the motels and the receptionist confirmed. At the exit it was charging double, I spoke and showed the price on my cell phone and I was called a liar by the employees saying that the value had been reported and it wasn't. I was hurt, the receptionist said that I lied in front of the management and still treated me with total disrespect while I was just explaining the situation. Thank you for ruining our night!!!

It was a bad experience.

It's a suite with a very strong smell of cigarettes and a poor and time-consuming service, we won't be back for sure and we won't tell anyone, and a special moment of relaxation ends up creating stress and disappointment.

We went to the motel on Saturday and when we got there, the waitresses were staring at our faces, they were embarrassed, they said that we didn't have a system and couldn't tell us what time the suites would be vacant, they made a worse one, they were in a worse mood, they were looking at us from the open doors, they said that they were all going to go to bed, like going to bed if it wasn't even 10:30, but it was really hard to get out... at the exit we had to stay about 15 minutes busking someone to show up and open.

Moodless and embarrassed attendants

Suite in need of repair, leakage under the bed, smoke machine not working and poor maintenance, we asked to check some lights that didn't work and we were treated super badly and at the time of checkout they still charged me 18 reais for water and 0 apologies!

Very good also for a night stay <3 Besides the comfy suite, the room service is very good. The menu has many options. I recommend the truffled fried potatoes. It is delicious. Very clean and charming. I give it a 10.  

Charming and exciting

In addition to responding in a bad mood, even saying that I'm a member of the next loyalty club, they don't credit the points, and on the penultimate visit the cleanliness of the suite left me wanting, and on the last one they gave the wrong suite, which made me give up my stay.

Poor attendance of receptionists

First we got to the motel and we had to wait for over an hour, because the receptionist would roll up and say all the time to wait that they were already finishing cleaning the room. When they let us out, I went to the room, but they gave us the wrong key. I had to go back to the reception to get another one and still it didn't open the door. Only the waitress managed to open it. After finally entering the room, I ran into him infested with mosquitoes. I called the reception asking for another room and there was no gap, I had to wait another hour. I ended up having to kill all the mosquitoes there. To make matters worse, as I looked for the insects in the environment, I found a box that hadn't been collected.

It's worse than I've ever been.

It was renovated, with a good physical structure, but it seriously fails in the details. Already in the parking lot you have to get out of the car to trigger the door closure. Very bad towels (fin and worn out). There were no face towels. Worn out dresses. The horrible mattress! It was lined with a waterproof fabric but all torn apart, it felt through the sheet, this one too weak. Without acoustic protection... you could listen to other rooms... The very basic breakfast (including) even if you want something more, you'll pay the part. If you can, choose another one!

Reasonable

My wife left a shoe there, and even calling an hour later and specifying the room, they said she couldn't find it, poor character and sloth!
