The staff are friendly and courteous especially at breakfast. Rooms are clean. However the hotel is very old, more like a converted apartment building. The decor and furnishings are VERY dated. Bathrooms are extremely old from faded floors to slow draining sinks and showers. Honestly I have no idea how this is categorized as 5 stars, at best it is 3. They need a major upgrade and update of the rooms and common areas.

Three star max definitely not 5 star hotel

Stayed 2 nights as 1st time visit to Brasilia. This hotel is showing it’s age. First room given did not have working AC or TV. Moved to another room, which didn’t have working safe box and only had 2 hangers. There were only 2 elevators and one had some issues. The location is across the street from 2 shopping centers and next to a gas station with convenience store and eateries. Despite being in a room on 10th floor, there’s thumping music (or noise from ?nightclub) late into night until around 5AM that interferes with restful sleep (bring your earplugs). 
PROS: location is close to TV tower and walkable to Sara Kubitchek park. The shower water pressure was good. The breakfast buffet on 1st floor was excellent and had good variety of food with amazing fruits.
CONS: aging hotel that needs renovation; rooms are worn down; gym was sparse of equipment; elevators are slow. High noise level all night. 
Overall, 3 star hotel with great breakfast. Would only stay here again if given very high floor and earplugs.

3 star hotel with great breakfast. Bring earplugs.

Very nice Hotel with very clean rooms. A bit pricey for an older hotel but still nice rooms and common areas. Breakfast buffet is very large with many fruits, breads and different items. They also make you fresh omelets. Front desk and staff are ready to please. Diego speaks English. Valet parking is available. Very close to 2 shopping malls and great restaurants  ( one block). My wife and I have stayed here twice and will return.

Top Notch Hotel

The staff at breakfast is the most courteous and kind of the hotel.
At the main entrance, a little bit of “I don’t see you”. One exception, Mr. Max.
No eyes acknowledgment from staff to your arrival. After my comment to the door bell that my taxi door was never opened, service changed 100%. 
A little bit of “shortage of smiles”, makes you feel like an unknown person, even after a month long stay.
Room service and cleanness impeccable.

A month in a hotel

Bruno and Andrea were delightful and took care of my every needs in the  Windsor Club Lounge.  Diaego at the front desk spoke perfect English and helped me out too!  Most of the front desk did speak English, which was very useful!

Business Clientele

This is a good location - opposite some shopping malls and also had a gas station close by with a confidence store.  

Hotel rooms are nice.  

We stayed here twice and both times it was really good.  They sorted out our washing for us and it was ready to collect when we returned.  Slight hiccup by having an pair of underwear we weren’t expecting and a missing pair of trousers but they were quickly found and the surplus underwear returned.  

Food was good - we ate dinner in the hotel one night and had breakfast on three occasions and breakfasts are very good with a nice mixture of foods and lovely fresh fruit.  

Good location to base yourself in a wonderful city. 

Nice location 

Really good hotel with high rating which it deserves. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious catering to all tastes. Located close to shopping centres and restaurants of all prices. Also close to the Tower and centre of town. Very professional staff throughout.
