Pessimo! The mattress is all stained and torn, when I go to bed it turns into a valet! The hygiene of the apartment is very bad. The hotel has no water for sale, the descriptions tell us that there are consumables for sale but when we want to buy a water, there was no water. I asked Giovani, the night receptionist, if he could then get a glass of water in the kitchen, because he needed to take a medicine and it was 3:30 in the morning. The same person reported that there was no water in the kitchen and refused. We found it bad, structure, comfort and care. I was already forgetting, the rain, to count how many drops of water fall.

I've had a lot of experience.

The good thing about the hotel, the breakfast and the location. The bad thing about the internet is very little connection, nothing often. The bad cleaning, if you need to change the towels or sheets every day, you have to pay a portion. We are in the beach area and heat needs to be changed daily. Several of the rooms have air conditioners that are very old so there is no air. I also pass that most of the people on the excursion, were vomiting and diarrhea, and it seems that this is not the first time this happens, in the area. I don't know if it's because of the water or something that was eaten. I don't care if they asked for a doctor. I don't go back east, I don't care if it's easy, but the cleaning, the Internet, the air in any place is simple.

The hotel has a great location, breakfast is plenty of options, friendly and attentive service staff, good overall cleanliness, good Wi-Fi system, stained bed linen, mattress needing replacement, mosquitoes in the room, old fridge.

It's in a very good location, but it needs an up grid.

Although it's a hotel close to the beach and restaurants, its structure needs updating. It doesn't have an elevator. The rooms have old, ruined furniture. The bathroom was with the broken faucet in the sink and with insulating tape in the shower, which leaves us apprehensive. Besides, there is no sound insulation, so you could hear everything that was happening in the hallway and other rooms. The back parking lot of the hotel has to be accessed by the laundry room, because it doesn't have its own pass for guests. I don't recommend.

We traveled to Bombinhas to celebrate my birthday, as we've done many times before. This time we chose to stay at the Palace Hotel and when we arrived, we were super well-attended and headed to the room. Soon we found it strange that the room had 4 rooms, but pennies 1 were working. The shower interrupter was covered with a black insulating tape so that the guest wouldn't be shocked. And the TV of the room, an old supervisa, taking only 4 rooms with the horrible image. Propaganda to those who wanted to stay at a Palace Hotel.

Unpleasant experience

Accommodation with friends where the two rooms were dirty, old beds, dangerous balcony because the air conditioning drain gets wet all over the balcony, crowded bathrooms, dirty pool, bad breakfast with dishes and dirty glasses, only the location is good.

Horrible, I booked four nights and we're only two.

Never go to this hotel lost my belongings from inside the hotel room and I was treated badly by the employees and the owner who told me that I would still apologize for him for me to look better...in our sloppy I got to this shit with my belongings and goes out without simple so I would never indict this hotel for anyone I would never accuse without being sure I'm not crazy my desire is to go to the police, but I don't want to ruin my vacation wasting my time God has more to give me...more run away from this place!!!!

You get what you pay for.The rooms are comfortable, nice terrace.A small fridge.The shower has an artifact that doesn't look regular and the water came out pretty hot, but it's not the fault of the appliance.I was with a mid-range pension, and it was right.Exactly what I paid, economical, clean, very solicitous and kind employees.

Very good location.

The best thing about it is the staff. Everything is very clean all day long. The double rooms are very small and do not have a chair to sit on or support anything. They do not have a veil, and the light key is on the wall opposite the bed, which is very uncomfortable. The quad rooms have a table and chairs. There should be a heater in the room, alone or one at the entrance. It is 150 m from the beach and 100 m from the main avenue. The breakfast is good, nothing extraordinary. I recommend it but I suggest comparing prices with other options.

A pleasant place.

Very nice the place, the facilities, only that there was a day when breakfast was not as complete as the rest of the days and you could have a toaster for anyone who wants to make a few toasts. What they would have to do is to prioritize the cleaning of the guest rooms before they occupy them, because there were some days when there were no people in the hotel and had to wait until late afternoon for the room to be cleaned. Another point could be to leave more than 2 perches on the plate, with 2 perches not being made much and no other space in the room to hang things up.
