Our stay at Buttonwood was absolutely wonderful! The condo was very clean with all expected amenities. We cook a lot so we had to improvise a bit, but that is expected. The property amenities were as described and more: there were plenty of kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, floaties, life vests, and an umbrella to use during our stay. Being so close to the Caribbean and walking down whenever we wanted with the beach to ourselves was incredible! Golf carts to the Atlantic- again our own beautiful beach- although some of the golf carts didn’t operate well. There was always one available though. We walked and ride bikes to JC to eat and get some groceries. So convenient! 20-40 min drive to many other beaches, sites, and towns! Really enjoyed the Friday night fish fry in GH. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful family vacation!

We had such a great stay at buttonwood. The location was perfect for us being north of Governors Harbor. We loved all of the amenities including the pool, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, the golf carts, and our favorite part: THE COMPLETELY PRIVATE BEACH for miles and miles. I used a drone to check it out, there is miles and miles of pink sand beach all to yourself. like no one else.
The apartment was perfect for us with views of both oceans and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also a nice touch for them to give laundry and dishwasher detergent and things like that. The AC was AMAZING. Brett took care of us the whole time and gave us tips on where we could get fresh fish or which beach to go to. There were some ants while we were there, but we didn't bother brett about it because that's part of being on the island. The Wi-Fi was great and the Tv was decent.
We had such a nice trip, and we plan on coming back to buttonwood and maybe with a big crowd since they have so many condos. It's really perfect for big families! It was perfect for us!

Wonderful stay in 1C at Buttonwood condos. Very attentive caretaker who had great recommendations for our last-minute requests. Location cannot be beat - having the Caribbean and Atlantic at your doorstep was amazing. Pool was a dream; golf cart was a wonderful bonus to get all of our beach gear from the condo to the Atlantic.

Excellent location, two private beaches! Buttonwood 1C

We brought a team of (46) youth and adults down to the island to do some mission work. The accommodations were great for our large group - the main lodge provided enough room for our large group time and meals. Matt, Brett, and the entire team were super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent for large groups!

There were 7 families that rented Buttonwood for our Spring Break 2024. We had a total of 34 people ranging from the ages of 4 years old up to 50 years old and EVERYONE had the most wonderful time! It is such a special place with such special staff. The condos are clean and have everything you need, the main house is beautiful and a perfect place to have evening meals (Chef Brenda is wonderful and I highly recommend her for hire!). The pool and pickleball court are spectacular, I can't speak highly enough about this property and definitely recommend this spot for a large group.”

Buttonwood Reserve Perfect Place for Family  or Large Group Vacay!

We stayed for several weeks in February at Buttonwood Reserve. The weather was delightful. The house - Very comfortable and well-appointed with incredible sea views. The Starlink highspeed Internet was blazing fast for us to work remotely and enjoy Netflix. We had a few very minor issues that Brett the property manager took care of immediately. Brett is an amazing person and resource giving us valuable insights from car rentals, grocery stores, restaurants and sightseeing. The golf carts are a great addition to ferry back and forth from the incredible Atlantic beach. The brand new pickleball court looks great. The sand and water!

Buttonwood is centrally located on the island, so it's a convenient spot to explore all that Eleuthera has to offer.

A Special Place to Relax, Unwind and Recharge

Great Condo with spectacular views in all directions! Central location on the island made it great for exploring beaches, settlements and other sites. Golf cart made it easy to enjoy their beautiful private Atlantic beach. Property staff very courteous and helpful. Da Perk was our favorite lunch spot, and Rainbow Inn was good for dinner. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay at Buttonwood

This place was great.  The property management was awesome. He was always available when I needed help. Enjoyed the condo. Wonderful view from the porch. The heated pool was a nice edition.  Definitely a place to return too. You won't be disappointed.

A lovely spot on Eleuthera.

We stayed in the first level condo.  Our host (Nelson) was so super helpful to provide us recommendations for dinner, sight seeing and local gems.  The place had a nice living room, dining area, kitchen and two bedrooms with their own washrooms plus a washer and dryer.  Nice balcony looking to the Caribbean sea on one side and another veranda looking towards the Atlantic ocean.  This place is 20min by an Island hopper from Nassau.  It did not disappoint!  We are planning to go back next year!

Great Way to Disconnect and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean.

Our stay at the condo was great. Our family of 26 rented out all the condos at Buttonwood and the main house for our annual family reunion, and it was a fantastic and relaxing week! The condos are lovely and the location with access to two beaches is spectacular. The pool was so great and a fun meeting spot for our family. Our condo was clean and comfortable with everything you’d need for a great stay. The onsite property manager was quick to action any questions or requests. Before the stay all the info from the rental company was super helpful. We hired Shauna from their recommended list for dinner catering in the main house and she was fantastic, and the food was all delicious, and we spent fun evenings all together. We especially loved the beaches and swimming in the warm water, and driving over to the Atlantic beach side in the golf carts was extra fun. The only challenge was the noseeums, the tiny bite-y bugs that show up mostly around dusk, they seriously ate some of us. Bring bug repellant and wear long pants and shoes with socks in the evening! But that was a minor issue compared to how wonderful, lovely, and fun our weeklong stay was at Buttonwood! Can’t wait to go back someday!
