Went for a few days ski trip and slept here 2 nights. Easy to find this renewed typical Austrian house. Easy access to ski lifts, 5 min from Hochwurzen, 15 from Hauserkaibling. Helga our host was really helpful and friendly. Speaks great English besides German. 
Sauna, WiFi for free. Breakfast you can ask for, served with fresh bakery and continental meal for 9€. 
Clean apartments with kitchen, each has balcony and great view to surrounding mountains . Renewed few years ago, in great condition. Child friendly place, there are horses, cows, dog, etc. 
More than recommended, will come back for sure. 

Excellent place, great host

We stayed here during Xmas (24th to 27th) and we loved it! It has got a very good location (Schladming is just 5-8mins drive), very very friendly staff! The sauna is very nice and big enough for 2 people. The room had a balcony, small cooking facility and beautiful view. Beautiful family dog Mandela was a delight! Highly recommended!

Amazing

Was a really wonderful place to stay for our family on a skiing trip in December. The accommodation was really good and Helga was really a good host. Her pet dog went bonkers with joy after the first winter snowfall. He was out there jumping in the snow the whole day!!

Great place, great host!

We had a wonderful time at the organic Bauernhof Hocheggerhof. The day we arrived they barbecued and the guests were invited for free! What a treat! We ordered fresh warm rolls the night before for breakfast,  bought homemade jam, raw milk, and butter made from their cow milk. The apartments are very clean and have been remodeled recently. The family that runs the farm was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. In the morning the little sheep and baby goat awake you with their cute sounds. It was easy to get to all the surrounding attractions and we did some fabulous hikes!
All in all a wonderful vacation.
