Very friendly hosts and clean apartment. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils. Modern ambiente and very comfortable bed.
The only negative point is the street noise . There is a main Road directly in front of the house so make sure that you sleep on the back side.

Modern and comfortable

Fully renovated and well equipped rooms with extremely friendly and pro-customer oriented family service. Good location for skiers... 900 m from Hochoetz skiarea, cca 25 min from Kuehtai and around half an hour from Soelden. You can also walk around 15 minutes to the Oetz city on flat road without any traffic. I really recommend!

Excelent accomodation with great and friendly family service

We stayed in this hotel for a week in the half term break with two other families with children.   We really could not fault this place at all.  The people that owned it were so friendly and accommodating.    The food was excellent.   If you didnt like the menu you could simply request the food you wanted at breakfast time each day.    The value was amazing.    In terms of location, it was perfect for Oetz, just a few metres away.  Possible to walk, although we had a car and there was a bus outside.  The road is fairly busy as its the main road through the valley so not great to walk on.     Habichen is so close to Oetz town, you could walk.    Oetz is a very nice town with lots of hotels and cafes etc.   The resort is perfect for families and there are no queues apart from when the weather is bad there are queues to sit in the restaurants at the top of the slops!   We have been here twice now in the last 7 years and would go back again.    Very good for families.  No good for party animals.
