Managed to get a last minute booking here for the weekend of Carnival of Flowers.  Check in was easy and communication with the owner was friendly & regular.  The two bedroom apartment was SUPER clean and very comfortable. Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were well equipped and even some fresh fruit in the kitchen to eat!   Very close to the city, and to food outlets of every choice!    Beds were lovely and comfortable, a TV only in the master bedroom and of course the main living area. Spa bath in the en-suite was lovely and was very welcome on our chilly 1st night.    
The only one negative of our stay was being woken up at 6am on Sunday by the puppy training school taking place in the playing field directly opposite the apartments. The barking and the constant whine of the generator running their equipment sadly robbed of us our one lie in!  Just to make you aware if you are looking for a quiet lie in on a Sunday!
Overall a beautiful apartment, and sooo clean which is very welcome in today's current climate!  Would definitely recommend and probably stay again on our next visit to Toowoomba!

Huge, clean apartement close to the city!

Beautiful apartment which is both extremely clean and modern. All staff members from owners to cleaners are so kind and go the extra mile to make ones stay comfortable. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the place and after staying in a few places in Town will book here everytime from now on.

Highly recommend

I have stayed here twice now to be close to the Toowoomba Hockey fields (although being Toowoomba it's not far from town either), and both times have  been excellent.   The manager is lovely and rearranged my booking when I accidentally booked the wrong dates.  All round good experience - the apartments are lovely and spotless, towels are luxurious, fruit in the fruit bowl.

Spotless apartment

Appartment was great! It was just what we needed for our stay.  It was extremely comfortable and very clean. The managers were lovely people, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to any traveler. It was like a home away from home.

Great place to stay

I would not book this accommodation $189 per night, I booked at one rate and they cancelled it and offered a unit  50% more expensive $299 plus $20 sofa bed per night  They were not willing to negotiate a fair and reasonable rate. for a lesser unit.

UNFAIR BOOKING

As a business traveller I look for clean quiet surrounds with all the comforts of home.
21 on Hursley met and exceeded my requirements.
Clean spacious unit with kitchen which I did not need to use, but it gave me the freedom to move around and do my business in comfort just as if I was working from home.

Friendly staff and a well appointed room in a central location away from any traffic noise made the stay very pleasant.

I will return.

Home away from home

Stayed here recently for an 88th birthday party for my Stepmother.   Lovely apartment (3 bedrooms) with everything we needed to host a little get together.   Lovely comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean and lovely bedrooms.  Gloria was charming and thoughtful and presented my stepmother with flowers and chocolates. 
Highly recommended!

Lovely Hosts

We needed a place for a 8 weeks stay. Very clean, fully equipped with modern installations, excellent location for a quiet stay, walking distance from a shopping center.  Super nice and accommodating staff!! Although at thousands of kilometers away, I felt at home... Thanks Amanda, Gloria and Mark!

Beautiful apartments!

We stayed a couple of nights in a three bedroom apartment (with two locked off and unavailable). It was clean, comfortable and well set up with basic facilities. The supporting toiletries and kitchen supplies were basic but it is clearly accommodation for hire rather than some generous B&B standard. Despite lots of generous attention from staff attempting to assist WiFi was unavailable although in making the booking we had gone to some lengths to ensure it was accessible. To be fair all the technical stuff was there in place but it just didn’t work during our visit. We had a unit closest to the road and noise especially in the early morning was intrusive. If folks are looking for good quality straight accommodation without supplementary bells and whistles this place is highly recommended. The staff are attentive, friendly, helpful and keeping supportive but non intrusive interest before, during and even after the visit.
