The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We were able to change over our room to one with an air conditioner. The room was compact, very clean & comfortable . We really had all we required as we were out & about every day. We ahd a bath in the bathroom which was also a spar. Only used the bath when necessary as were advised the Spar was noisy The guest house is central to the shopping centre and lots of cafe's in close proximity. Good walks around . We were able to park at the rear of the property.
