I have stayed at Aqualine 3 times, each time, excellent, great, freindly service, was allowed an earlier checkin, eah time the apartment was clean, and tidy, and everything worked properly, i also got

Aqualine Apartments just warming to anyone wanting to book here in Gold Coast that they may just decide to cancel your booking the reason was they said they  "We encounter far too many fraudulent credit cards these days and don’t wish to take the risk in this case" even though the card holder would be there with ID and credit card used which meant we had to find a hotel which was more expensive as they cancelled not to far before we were traveling in Nov this year what I believe the real reason was as we had a good rate and they wanted more money as there was nothing available after they said they cancelled booking I paid the deposit and it was only when I rung to give credit card details to pay the remaining amount they said ok which they were quick to get off the phone didn't want to talk it was Glenn and Bill who I was emailing and phoning then after off phone get that email about didn't want to take booking I wouldn't recommend this place as if I didnt ring might of turned up and not had a place to stay

Aqualine Apartments I wouldnt book again

Third class service and specially management is very very poor. Forgot the name of that manager but he is the one who handles bookings and refunds, never received our 4k, trip got cancelled because if covid restrictions + flight got cancelled, called him, never got proper answer, said we've prepared everything so if you wanna come here or not up to you.

Never ever book Aqualine Apartments

Disappointed with our stay at Aqualine this weekend. There were a number of reasons which I will outline.
Room was dirty, we had to wash our dishes and cutlery before using them
We had to wash down the bench tops - sticky and had food stuck on them 
Bed was awful, seems like hole in the middle and I believe is broken
Shower dirty
Top of cupboard doors on sink filthy, food stains and sticky
Dishwasher fell on my foot when I opened it, not screwed into the cabinet
It was difficult to feel comfortable 
Lift doors and lift bUttons - absolutely disgraceful - Covid clean is doubtful.
We had to clean the apartment as soon as we walked in, we shouldn’t have to do that
Floors we also dirty, not vacuumed 
Balcony has not been cleaned for what seems a long time.
Finally, why advertise a hot spa and the water was cold
I am not one to complain ever but this time I have no choice.

No feedback from hotel manager or owners after email request.

Be careful, not good experience

We booked our unit direct from Aqualine Apartments- we found this to be the cheapest option for booking a self contained unit close to surfers paradise. Check in process (after hours) was easy, unit was well sized and very clean. We found the staff to be pleasant and were happy to work around us as guests. Underground Parking was included which was a bonus. Area is nice and allowed for very easy access to all surrounding areas of entertainment, street below can be a little noisy but nothing the doors being closed didn’t block out. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to book a cheap self contained apartment. Would happily book this place again in the future.

Worth the money

Stayed as two adults & grown up kid (18). Two bedroom apartment level 2. 
Great location. Clean & tidy plenty of room & two bathrooms yay. 
Didn’t cook a single thing other than toast, but it was all there if we wanted to. 
Contactless check in after hours very handy but also answered the phone after hours as we forgot to check in for two car spaces, they sorted this with no worries. 
Easy walk to dinner, breakky, mall & waterfront walk. Easy drive to uni, malls & easy to get out of town into the bush as well. 

Good location 

Stayed at the Aqualine Apartments on Marine Parade this weekend. 
The apartment was very clean, very modern and the location was fabulous.
I walked easily with 2 kids to Southport to catch the G Link into Cavill Avenue.

The basement parking was easy and secure.
No loud noise/ no road noise (like you get in Surfers Paradise), an easy 5 min drive to Harbour Town, very accessible to main road.

We enjoyed the spa, we didn't use the pool, as the weather was much cooler than we anticipated, but it looked clean and prestine.

Would we return, ABSOLUTELY!!

Beautiful apartment, so happy to have stayed.
Easy check in, great communication and highly recommended.

Great Apartments

The unit was very large and had everything we needed. The Manager was very helpful in helping us sort out a safe location for our 7.3 metre kayak and that worked really well with a bit of fiddling. It was within easy walking of a lot of acceptable dining options. Only negative was that the WiFi Code provided did not work!

Spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced

Clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities.  Would have rated it higher but I didn't have a decent shower in the time I was there.  The shower was no more than a trickle and depending on the time of day, tepid at best.  The view from the apartment was good, though even with the windows closed and ac on, the traffic noise was still noticeable and annoying.  An apartment on the rear of the building would be quieter.

Spacious One Bedroom Apartment

We had an amazing time. Very accommodating. Our 12 seater hire was too big to fit in the basement car park. There was no issue swapping to an outdoor car park. Pool toys made an ordinary swimming pool a place the kids loved to spend time. Kitchens were well equipped for us to prepare our own meals. Staying over the Australia Day weekend meant great views of the fireworks over the water from our apartment balcony. Overall highly recommended. Thank you Aqualine.
