When we first arrived we walked into the room and thought omg what have we done .. It is very run down rusted in the bathroom no air con. But we fidgured we are only sleeping here as it is only a 5 min walk to Cavill and the beach and it's cheap.. Didn't realise it also has permanent residents as well and all they do is stare at you all the time which makes you very uncomfortable,. The manager Karen was very nice and helpful when we seen her. Pool is great but not to sure about the barbie though. If u are looking for cheap accomodation and aren't going to be spending a lot of time here it is well worth the money to stay

Location,  location,  location!
Very positive experience. Nice apartment with spacious rooms, lounge and function al kitchen.All what you need for large family. The swimming pool was great. A bbq area to enjoy dinner after a busy day at the beach. Surfers paradise is within walking distance.
The Manager(Karen) was lovely and always there willing to assist.

You get what you paid for!

I'm really surprised from the negative feedback for this hotel. We stayed in this hotel from 24 December till 2nd of January. This is supposed to be a serviced apartments not a hotel, which means that you need to clean after your self with limited cleaning from the hotel. The apartment that we got was clean, may be old but clean with clean fridge, stove & bathroom. There is a bbq facility & swimming pool which is excellent for the kids. It's very close to the beach & shops. Where you can find a place near the beach in surfers paradise that can accomodate a family with a bonus bbq , swimming pool, free parking & laundry facilities with this price??!! Best value for money ever.

I don't even know where to start, 
These rooms are filthy. 
There were stains everywhere and mould in the shower, I felt dirty showering and had to wear thongs. 
There were huge stains of I don't even know what under the couches and shower tap handles not even attached falling off every time you used them. 
The permanent residents did nothing but stare and made you feel uncomfortable. 
The lights and fans stopped working after one day of staying here and the service from management was poor. They made us mop the floors which is not usually what happens when you stay at a hotel. 
Don't even stay here and don't waste your money. 

Embarrassed that I stayed here

These apartments are filthy and stained. The balcony is old and looks like it's on the verge of collapsing with the railing not even attached to the wall and the railing part that attaches to the floor rushed and almost broken. The bathroom's bath/shower is stained black with something stuck in the drain, the furniture is chipped, and the benches haven't even been wiped over! The oven and grill have black burnt left over bits of food everywhere inside. The fridge is stained black on the outside and is also sticky and the inside is dirty will the spills and food crumbs.
