Dog friendly cabins that are spotlessly clean are usually pretty hard to find but not at the Marina holiday park. We’ve been stopping there overnight for many years now whenever we make the trip to see southern family. This place is  clean, comfy and set   in a pretty park across from the water. I definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

We always stay here.

These guys looked after the Lake cathie and Bonny Hills locals when the fires came through the other day.
All we had to pay was the cost of cleaning, they allowed us to bring our pet.

Looked after locals in an evacuation emergency

We arrived on the 29th September for 2 weeks to catch up with family. We have stayed here before as its location is great walking distance to settlement city & 10 minute drive to family. Park is a little tired now but still good value for money. Carol &  Steve are great hosts & nothing is too much trouble. We had a little visitor this morning in the tree across the road( see photo)

Great little park

This is our second stay at this holiday park. We really love the fact that they have dog friendly cabins. Being across the road from the water is pretty and it’s a good spot to walk the dog. They arranged early check in which we were very appreciative of after a 6 hour trip. The park was nice and quiet. The cabins are basic but have everything you need and the bed was really good. It was good value for money. I would recommend it to anybody and would stay there again.

First impression, great , clean and tidy and very friendly owner, cabins perfect . Easy access to water and great walking areas for the dogs . Would recommend.for one night or a week , price is great.close to ammenities, shopping centre just around corner

Great spot

We booked our overnight stay here while we were driving along the highway. The friendly lady on the phone told us which entrance to use, as there is more than one & gave us a cabin near the entrance to make it easy to find as it would be dark when we arrived & she would not be there. The cabin was quite small but clean & perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. When we opened the blinds next morning we were greeted by a beautiful view out across the water. We were even able to watch a seaplane take off. This holiday park encourages recycling of your rubbish. The bins were just a short walk from our cabin so we were easily able to empty our bins before we left. We would certainly consider staying here again if we needed an overnight stay in the area.

Overnight stay

A small holiday park positioned right across from the Hastings River that is very reasonably priced and is pet friendly. Cabins were very clean and had everything you would need. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again and would not hesitate to recommend this park.

Great stay

Small holiday park which we thought would be ideal for a couple as there are no kids program, playground or jumping pillows etc. What we did find was the cabins & van sites were so close to each other it was uncomfortable. Amenities were ok but showering was near impossible with both shower heads unable to remain upright, I had to hold it up.
