Was a great place with the beach starting in the backyard. A path lead you right to the point and down past the oyster farm in the inlet.
Nice large living area with laundry facilities.
Host looked after you and answered any questions.
Good WiFi

See the beach out one side and the oyster farm out the other.

Loved this place, got here just as the floods hit NSW. Didn’t stop us from having a great time.

Best accommodation in Merimbula hands down. 75 meters to the beach at the rear of the property. The apartment  was clean & well appointed with everything you need. To be able to listen to the waves crashing at night was the BEST. 
The managers Darren & Gayle were great & very helpful with information regarding best restaurants & places to see.
 Bonus heated in ground pool.
Would highly recommend this place.

Sleep with the sounds of the ocean!

What a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were clean and well presented, we stayed on the ground floor level and the room was large with a lounge / kitchen, good sized bedroom and a private bathroom. Adjoining

Best value in Merimbula

We stayed for 5 nights in Feb 2021. The three bedroom until was immaculate upon arrival and the owners couldn’t help us enough. The location of the unit was fantastic with a short stroll to both the beach and lake. We couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough and can’t wait to come back! 

Amazing service and location 

Best location in town with direct beach access. Beautifully presented grounds and apartment. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, would highly recommend to others. Perfect for family's or just couples!

Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 were meant to have our annual holiday in Merimbula 2020 but due to the horrific bushfires we were unable to attend. We have stayed here before & it is terrific.  Great location, cleanliness & facilities.
We will be back but we wanted everyone to know how exceptionally wonderful & helpful the owners were during this time.  We were refunded our money so promptly, not that we expected it with all they had going on.

Excellent service during the bushfires.

Located right on the beach you couldn't get a better location. We stay here every year.  Clean spacious family unit for family of 5 or 6. Ocean views from parents retreat which includes, balcony, spa bath and TV. Beautiful garden and pool which is maintained immaculately. Fabulous managers,Darren and Gayle who attended to every need and request. A stay here will not dissapoint.

Beach lovers

The pool is really nice and it is definitely heated it is a nice size larger than many in the area. 
Some units are definitely much nicer than others so it is worth asking about or paying extra. The negative things I found were that things in the kitchen felt a bit grotty like they needed a really good wipe down with a good quality cleaner. They didn’t provide any milk in the fridge - just a few uht capsules would be helpful. Also the unit really smelt of a musty cigarette stench - it’s ok when the windows are open in the day but at night it is very strong and I found it quite sickening. I would possibly stay again but not in the same unit. 

Average 

We stayed as a small group in the 3 bedroom downstairs unit. It had everything we needed for a short break and the facilities were comfortable. The best thing about Grandeur is the location with Merimbula beach accessible from the backyard. All my favourite things were a short stroll away - Michies Jetty, Cranky's Cafe, Merimbula beach. A perfect way to unwind and totally relax in comfortable surrounds in a pristine location. Beautifully quiet and perfectly positioned.

we booked the Grandeur at short notice and weren't sure how good it would be.  When we arrived our unit was spotlessly clean and fitted with everything needed for an enjoyable break.  Beds were very comfortable and location was superb being 50 metres to the beach.  Sharon the manager and her staff were very friendly and helpful.  Has a good BBQ area for cooking and the pool was well used, although we stuck with the beach.
