Sadly this apartment was not advertised truthfully. Nowhere did they indicate you had to walk up 5 levels to reach the top level apartments. The 3 bdrm we stayed in had air con only in master upstairs and main living so the two smaller bdrms had nothing but a ceiling fan and felt quite claustrophobic. The Queen bed was actually two hard singles placed on a queen base and they kept coming apart! The apartment was clean and today and reasonably furnished but to not be clear about stairs and air con was very disappointing. The main living needs blockout curtains as does the master bdrm because it’s ridiculously bright early in the mornings.

The property was in a good condition but the road noise made sleeping a little difficult

Overall, it was good. It may just be my standards, but the cleanliness was below average. Your main door to your unit looked like someone had thrown bin juice over it. Lights were out and a few cockroaches running around. Not major things to fix up, but made it aware to the onsite mangers in my comments on the last night. I would stay again....as long as they rectified those little issues.

Close to everything just needs a clean

Beautiful apartment, nice quiet spot, was lovely and clean. Was a lovely surprise to find our apartment had the parents bedroom and ensuite upstairs with our own balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. Would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We were not provided the room we booked - our room was grotty, poorly equipped.  We had 1 pot - had to "borrow" kitchen equipment from another room.  The fans were old and constantly creaky and noisy.  There was no broom or vacuum to clean the room. Lights not working. Overall, poor quality, not cleaned properly, urgent updating required.

Not as advertised!!!

Where to begin. . The scum filth ring around the spa. . Weeds around pool. Greasy filthy community bbq. Shared bathroom by the pool also leaves a lot to be desired. 
The apartment was roomy and close to facilities although the filthiest apartment I've ever stayed in. 
Cockroaches everywhere, dirty cooking utensils, rat droppings, totally feral, No pride taken with exterior or interior of this resort. Totally disgusted. 

Putrid

We have stayed in many hotels and this was by far, the worst. The floors were incredibly dirty. The apartment was old and updated. There were stains everywhere including on one of the beds. There were holes in the wall, so much dust in the ceiling fans. Mould or dirt on the light fittings. Oven did not work. We kept getting bitten by mosquitos as there were holes in the sliding doors. The floor of the shower was disgusting. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. How this place is a till in business, I have no idea.

Overall the room was nice. A little outdated but was fine. Staff were very helpful. The cooking facilities were good but a little basic. Would stay here again
