Check in was easy and friendly and the lady who served me (sorry I didn’t get her name) gave me so much information about the area - she was very passionate about Bremer Bay. The steak sandwich at the restaurant was abs delish - not overloaded like some sandwiches and really tasty. Thank you BB Resort :-).

Staff are always very friendly, food is decent .would be nice if facilities were a bit more up to date, but they are clean and spacious.

Property was lovely. Nice and clean. Shower was good and Wi-Fi good.There were dining facilities on site and the food was really good.All staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is great and is  located within walking distance of the general store and the the Brewery.The room was perfect for this type of trip

Unfortunately overall this was a bit disappointing.  
On the plus side, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the hotel is in a great location and perfectly placed for the orca tours from the harbour, and there is a bottle bar on sight. 
On the negative side, our room was very basic and smelt of drains.  It made us not want to spend any time in the room and so we decamped to the restaurant and bar.  Drinks all fine but the food not so good.  Curry was cold.

Good location but that's about it

Stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. 

Good bits: Hotel was easy to find, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.  The room is spacious and the shower is hot with lots of pressure. The fridge has cold water, there is a kettle and cups and utensils.

Restaurant was busy and menu had lots of choice. We enjoyed both meals immensely. Food came out quickly, was hot and cooked to perfection. The dessert was divine. It was very handy having the restaurant so close to the rooms and they whipped up a great coffee in the morning. 

Not as good bits: The room is basic, dated, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We felt like old people in the morning, groaning and complaining of sore backs. The hotel was quiet and the other guests were very considerate, which was good because when someone was loud, there was no soundproofing. 

5 stars for the staff and 5 for the drestaurant, 3 stars for the room and 2 stars for the bed.

Super friendly staff, great food and basic, dated rooms

An simple, convenient location that met all our needs at an economical price.

We had a great meal here.  Chicken parmigiana was the absolute best I’ve had anywhere in Aussie.   The scotch  fillet steaks and pork belly were all fantastic - huge portions and great service.  Lovely friendly staff and good prices.  Well worth the visit.

Resort Restaurant and Bar

First, the negatives. The property is old and the motel style rooms definitely need an update. The furniture, counter tops and bathroom tiles all appear to be from the 1950’s and are showing their age in many, many ways. The bathroom sink and shower were in poor condition. Some small crawlies appear to be living in the drainage system as we found them in the shower and on the tiled area each morning. The positives. The bed was comfortable and (thankfully) the newest item in the room. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good and not too badly priced considering the limited competition in the local area. Very convenient for the whale watching - which was excellent. With such limited accommodation available, people will stay here because of the whales but it really could do with some attention.
